      On June 6, 2023 I started an account with ******** to help me with reducing my debt. I gave them a list of accounts that were creating a problem I was told that the debt would total $14,861 and their program would reduce the debt to $7144 and I would have a payment each month for 24 months of $297.68. I continue to get bills etc. I contacted the company on 89 and got no response back. When I did speak with someone regarding my concerns about the damage to my credit and my checking account, I was told that I should just not pay the auto payments and not cancel those because that way they would be turned into a debt collector. This ruined my checking account and my relationship with my bank. My Vinton county national bank account was closed. I still owe them a balance of $800 for overdraft related to bills I could not pay, I contacted them again September 10, 2023 with no response. I was called on October 30 23 and told that my rate would go up to $325.95 for some additional ************** charges. I do believe that these charges were included in the original amount. On on November 2 23. I contacted ******** and asked them to stop payments for them and have a supervisor call me. They assured me that this would happen within 24 hours. I was not called by a supervisor and it was more than 24 hours. I received a phone call from an attorneys office telling me they were told to call me by the Doc Pros . I told them what my problem was and my concerns which was all of the phone calls text messages letters I was receiving for debt. They told me that there was nothing that they could do that. I had to contact my creditors to get them to stop calling me. I again reached out by text to the Doc Pros and ask them to have someone call me I have not received a phone call yet as of November 15, 2023. I called again this morning and left a message.

      Earlier this year I kept getting phone calls with messages saying. You have been prequalified for a hardship loan up to $31,000 to pay your debt. Please call us. After getting quite a few calls I finally called, and they told me how they could reduce my debt. After they figured out all my debt, they told me that for $253.73 for 25 months they could help me out. The way they explained it is what i would owe my creditors. In April they started taking the money out of my checking account. Now they want my debt card number.I tried calling them and asking for documentation on what I paid and my balance. and asking when my debts were going to be taken care of. ******* told me that they don't do that. My payments were for the lawyers when my creditor sent my debt to a collection agency. That is NOT the way it was explained in the first place.Now my credit cards have more debt on them, and I owe more money and spent $1268.65 on top of it. I want my money back so I can pay off my debt.***************************,

      Hello!

      This client has been enrolled with The Doc Pros since 3/30/2023.  She went through a quality control call and a acceptance call to explain exactally how the program works in detail.  She received a Welcome Package via email that explained how the program works.  We have communicated with her 15 times sinces enrollment.  Each time the program was explain in great detail to her.  We have not taken a payment per her signed agreement since August 3rd.  She has not responded to any of our calls, emails and text messages since August 11th.  We have attempted to contact this consumer 10 times with no response.  We are not sure why this consumer would say that she was confused as this program was explained to her in great detail.  If we could speak to this consumer we can clear up any confusion she may have.

      I was slammed into this as they claimed to be a debt resolution company n charged me $500 a month for 2 years and never paid any of my creditors except 1 or 2 in the Beginning .Now I have all the debt I had before I paid them . They were paid thru my bank for 2 years thats $10.000 for what???? They didnt pay anything they just stole My Money . Now I have to file for bankruptcy to get this debt removed off my record .

      I signed up under the assumption that I was getting a bailout check they got my checking in routing numbers and then I was told I would be paying them and then I was notified that my brother was hit by a car on his bicycle and me and my family would need to pay his hospital bills while he was in a coma and ICU so that he could receive the best care I've called the company multiple times to cancel services and they will not return my phone calls or cancel my services they are trying to wait to the day they can withdraw money out of my account and not return my phone calls to cancel my services which I have called multiple times in the past month with no one returning my phone calls I have been told it has been expedited multiple times and someone would call me within the hour with no one calling me to the point that I'm having to cancel banking accounts just to keep them from still in my money so that way I can help pay my brother's expenses in the hospital I think this company is a criminal intentions with a pyramid scheme scam they seem like they are legit only to the eye but behind closed door they're just as big as scammers as the rest

      The Doc Pros does not have "criminal intentions" as The Doc Pros is a legitamite business.  This consumer signed up with The Doc Pros on 2/10/23 and engaged with the process.  Then all the sudden he contacted The Doc Pros on 2/20 stating that he needed to cancel .  On 2/21/23 he was cancelled and received a SMS stating this.  He continued to call and send aggresive emails regarding cancellation as we told him he was cancelled.  He then spoke to one of our **************** staff very aggressively then at the end of the call he stated to her that he might wast to re enroll when his brother gets out of the ICU.  Very odd.  The Doc Pros never attempted or took any funds from this consumer.

      My elderly mother was signed up with The Doc Pros with the help of Fresh Start Legal. My mother was set up for automatic withdrawals and her first payment was withdrawn in July of 2020. As of December 2021 she paid $3,429.17. At some point in 2021 my mother was told that the Doc Pros was merging with *************************. Shortly after the payments were automatically withdrawn by the *************************. It has just come to our attention that the amounts previously paid to the Doc Pros was not transferred to the ************************* after the merge. This information was given to me by the *************************. None of this makes sense to me and my mother is out thousands of dollars with the same debt she started with. Is this legal? Was she taken advantage of? Are we being lied to? What happens to the money she paid? If not transferred after the merge, does my mother receive a refund? I have bank statements to show all the payments withdrawn. Please help.

      I did contact ************************* the same day I filed this complaint. The ************************* informed me that any payments that I made to the Doc Pros were not transferred to the *************************. I'd like to know where is the money I paid to the Doc Pros? What happened to all the payments I made to the Doc Pros at the time the Doc Pros merged with the ****************. The **************** do not have any record of payments I made to the Doc Pros. I need to know where that money went?

      Any payments made to The Doc Pros back in 2021 (When your mother was sent to LPG to continue servicing her accounts per her request) was for the services that The Doc Pros provided.  Those payments were made as a program cost.  There was multiple services provided to your mother.  She signed a service agreement.

      ******** merged with ************************* but instead of sending the payments I had made to them to continue the program, they just made new accounts with LPG and started the program all over. I paid $428 for 12 months and now I have to pay LPG all over. They claimed to dispute my debt to get it invalidated so I could get Be debt free and live a better life. They did not provide this service, took my money, then transferred my account without crediting it what was paid into the program already. All I want is my money back for the months they didnt do anything. Or at least fund the account for LPG so my balance is not so high. Attached is the original welcome packet, the agreement, and the highlighted amounts I paid in. These were not transferred to LPG as they should have been. I would like a refund of $5076.00 or a transfer of this amount to be applied to my LPG balance.

      Hello My name is ************************* and I have teamed up with the doc pros for my debt settlement. I have already been used for one of my credit cards that was to be taken care of by the doc pros. Now they have sold my accounts to another company called lgp. The doc pros business is to refund me all the payments I made to them as they did not follow thru on the agreement we made. Their policy is to refund when this happens. I am having a hard time reaching them as they will not call me back. I need help with this company. Please. Thank you *************************
