      I have a late payment for the month of May on my credit report which is incorrect and it brought my credit score down 84 points and I contacted them to fix it and take it off my credit report and they said that I had to write a letter and I did and still nothing has been done to take it off my credit. I even did a dispute with experian and nothing was done to fix it. I need my credit scare/report fixed so I can get my daughter a car. Etc. This is awful because I can't do things that I need to before my daughter goes back to school.

      I WANT THE DELINQUENT **** REMOVED FROM ALL 3 OF THE CREDIT REPORTS ASAP.

      I am a consumer my name is ************************* and my complaint is about a credit card offer i recieved in the mail card ending in ****.. I got a credit card offer in the mail and went on line to fill out the application. I was approved and then had to fill out information for the card. They wanted my payment information because the 95 dollar fee had to be paid first, the first red flag...I missed. The screen keys you set up the payment in one or two drafts and the dates. I chose two and the last payment July 15th I think because it had to be after my social security check was deposited. They approved the payment schedule and went on to finish setting up my account information. I later got a message saying the payment of the 95 dollars had to be paid before you could even activate your card, the second red flag... I missed. It also specified that it had to be paid before a certain date or you forfiet use of the card...should have cancelled everything but they had approved the dates for the payments when I set up the account so surely there wouldn't be a problem. On July 5th I went in to make the test of the 95 dollars payment and it shows my card was written of to bad debt without an explanation??? They took / stole almost 45 dollars already and now they close the card? I am very confused and upset! I feel scammed and as if they stole money from me and things are too hard right now with economy to have this happen. These people are theives!

      The issue with this company is not resolved and i have also filed a complaint with my bank USAA, they have given me a temporary credit, but it will take about 60 days for this to completely resolve even with my bank. I have not received a letter or any response from Vervent Credit Card company. which according to your letter it has not been the 7 -10 days for the letter to arrive. I am not sure as to how this will be resolved completely at this point. i will wait for my bank and the credit card company to contact me in, regards to my complaint then i will inform you of the outcome. Thank You so much for responding and process my complaint.

      In June of 2022 I filed a dispute with all three credit agencies trans union, Equafax, Experian. I was disputing the balance on the card showing I owe $6.25 because I paid the card down to zero in May 2022. They reported back that the balance is $6.25 so I disputed again they came back and posted I was over the credit limit of $54.00 and my score dropped by 21 points. I called ********** ************ and asked can this be corrected I'm in the process of trying try I obtain a business loan she told me no I need to write in and dispute it and allow 30 days. I went on to explain that the whole purpose in me paying off the credit card is so that I could do the business application 30 days after ********** would report it was paid off so my credit score would go up and just because I disputed twice the $6.25 they said I owed they were spiteful and reported to all three credit agencies that I was over the credit limit causing my score to drop by 21 points and this is still not corrected.

      I find this unacceptable I am in the midst of trying to obtain a business loan and the credit card company has deliberately reported the incorrect information on my credit report and caused my credit report score yo drop 21 points I need  I need this corrected asap and for it to be removed all together.

      I was behind paying my credit card early this year. Then I was able to catch up and I made the expected payment that would make my account in good standing,and I would be able to have it reopened. Well,they never reported my account in good standing,they never reopened my account yet they keep charging me more money. I contacted them today to find out why they are not reporting my payments to the credit bureaus,he had nothing to say,and I asked why I have no credit available,that's when he said my account was still closed. So they lied to **** have been making payments I'm almost paid off and they haven't reported my good standing or any payments for months.

      I complained about the 2.** interest that I should not have been charged. I spoke to a supervisor and she refused to refund me the interest. I tried to use the card and I was able to I called and was told I canceled the card. No I didn't. But since you canceled the card I want my money back the processing fee and the annual fee. Listen to the call and where did I say cancel the card..refund me my money since I never canceled the card and the supervisor did that out of dispute. I said I would cancel it and I want money she said she would not refund my money. Now that you have canceled the card without my request I want my money back.

      I received a letter that I would receive a credit on a cancelled card. I want my refund to be sent to me. Not put on a cancelled card. So no I reject the response. And I want all my money for the inconvenience. I did not cancel the card and I since the calls are recorded, I would like to like to hear the recording of me cancelling the card because your supervisor is lying in the notes. Yes I used the card and I also paid on time. I would like to have my $89 program fee also send me my refund in a check and not on a cancelled credit card.

      I filed a complaint against total **** and was told on July 12th I would receive my money back. Here it is Sept 10th and I have yet to receive my money. I have called several times and told I would receive it. At this time I want all my money back total **** has lied again I have attached the letter that says I will receive my money in 30 days. It's past 30 days almost 60 days and no money.

      RE ********************************* Access Total; Requested statements be emailed for ****may 21 (whichever not visible online), rep said to hold and then hung up on me, and did not have the courtesy to call me back, which should always be done in these instances. And seems to be a trend at this bank.1st Access; I also need statement's emailed for the same time periods as above. I also need them to reset my login information, as it appears they changed the login criteria without notifying clients.Please also change your protocol so clients with sister cards do not have to call back a second time.

      Back in May 2022, I contacted customer support and asked for assistance with changing my legal name from ******************************************* to ***************************************. The customer service representative was very condescending about my name change request and refused to provide assistance to me. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter on my own in May and June of ************************************************************************************************************************************* I am giving ********** until July 18th 2022 to rectify this matter. If this matter is not rectified before this date, I will consider the account closed and no additional payments will be made.

      Total **** is not reporting my payment information to Experian which is resulting in inaccurate information on my credit report. As per supporting documentation Total **** has not reported payment information since February 2022. It is now June 2022 so for 4 months I have not been given credit for on time payments. I contacted Total **** and they are not correcting the information. I'm making on time payments; they are taking my money and not reporting it!!!
