      Like so many other complaints listed, I ordered locks for a state government agency that I work for on 7/10/24. Tomorrow will be one year and I have not received the order. I have called multiple times and have been told how sorry they were and I would be their top priority, much like many of the other complaints here. I have requested a refund via voicemail, but the only email address I have now bounces back. Master Lock should not list this company as a reputable source for their products. Horrible customer service, and I can say ***** ******* and "***" are dishonest and have lied to me directly multiple times about the status of my order, which was pre-paid (including shipping).

      This company takes your money and does not send the product. They do not answer their emails or phone messages. I placed an order in April 2025 and still have not received my order as of July 2025. Numerous phone calls but no response. They scammed my out of $255

      Placed an order in October 2024, paid in full. They lost our order in Feb and gave us a new quote number. Couldn't get anyone on the phone until May 5th. They said it would be about another week or so. Now it's almost July and still no locks. I can't get anyone on the phone still. I call every number I can find listed under the business. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Someone needs to shut them down.

      I ordered 1100 worth of padlocks it has now been 3 months and no one picks up the phone or return my emails.

      This company was glad to charge my card for over $1,000 in locks in the fall of 2023 and have never shipped them to me nor refunded the money paid. I have left dozens of messages, emails, etc and never get a reply. I did get them to answer their phone one time, months ago, only to be told they were still on back order.

      I have tried to get my order shipped and have no luck with emails or calls. Ordered back in Oct 2024, still waiting now in April 2025. I would like a refund on my order for ******.

      I placed an order on 4/22/2024 and still have not received the order first they kept responding and telling me the order would be here in within 3 to 4 weeks because they were having some issues, that happed a couple times then they were going to cancel the order and give a refund so I was ok with that since I wasn't getting anywhere with the order but never got the refund and now they don't respond to emails nor do they answer phone calls or return the the calls would not recommend this company at all they don't even deserve 1 star.

      I work for a gov't entity and ordered 10 locks from Hodge in July 2024. I called after 3 months and they said that there was a shortage and they were working on getting the locks ASAP. Waited until Dec 17 and called again. They said they still had no expected date for the locks so I asked for a refund. They told me that they would have to send it over to their accounting dept and it could take up to 2 weeks. No refund or emails for 5 weeks. I called again and got, We're sorry. I'm going to send this over to our Accounting dept and it should be about 10 days. Feb 12. 3rd call, this person said he would research it and call me or email by the end of the day. NO CALL OR EMAIL, AGAIN. I was really busy and tried one more time. This person said they were going to talk to their manager and get this taken care of once and for all and give him 24 to 48 hours. 5 days later, still nothing.
      This is by far the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. I'm sending this over to our finance and legal teams now. We'll see if they ignore a lawsuit.

      We placed an order in September 2023. As of October 2024, we still had not received our order so we cancelled the prepaid order and requested a refund. We were told that our refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. It is now December 2024 and we have still not received our refund. Even more frustrating is the fact that I had to reach out to them to check the status of the refund. I hope we don't have to take legal action, but it's looking like that's the next step...UGH!
