      I am forced to put 1 star. We put in an order at work back in Febuary 2024 and been told many different times that Hoodge Products are facing delays and that the order will ship out in a month. NEWS FLASH it never ships out and we are now in October. Shocker they said it will ship out in mid November. I dont need your apologies! I need my locks that I paid you for and you fail in delivering! Resolving an issue is not kicking it down the road it is sending out the locks we paid for an ordered.

      I ordered, for my workplace, 3 different sets of Master locks; a set on Feb 22 2024, a set on Mar 21 2024 and a set on Mar 27 2024. We finally received the set ordered in Feb but still waiting on the other 2 sets. They've changed the estimated delivery time several times. Now when I call the 800 number it just rings, there is no prompt to leave a message. No one responds to emails. Today I called the (619) number that I found listed on BBB site. Left a voicemail but I'm having little confidence that anyone will get back to me. It's been nearly 5 months we've waited on these locks. Some of which needed to be used in our Wildlife Sanctuary "yesterday". I would appreciate some kind of positive communication as they've charged the credit card and listed our locks as having been "fulfilled".

      I placed an order 2/14/2024. As of 6/18/24 I still have no locks and they are still uncertain of the arrival time. I have been very disappointed with the zero communication from Hodge regarding my order. They never provided an update. I will never order from this company.

      Ordered online 1/5/2024 Company took payment almost immediately. January - ** Shipment, February - ** shipment, March - ** Shipment, ********** Shipment, May- ** Shipment I sent emails throughout and kept getting told they had production issues but my order was getting escalated and prioritized to be next in line. Was promised a 5/7 delivery date and here we are a week later - no shipment. Also they changed their phone system stating they are enhancing the customer experience, please email or leave a voicemail - NO ONE Responds I guess its an enhancement for them as they don't have to hire anyone to care for their customers.Try and order you Master locks elsewhere.
