    I cant say enough good things about this organization. Where else would a co-founder respond to a ******** post and provide his personal cell as a means of contact when someone has an issue. I remember when I got Covid and was I. *** hospital for several days, my Housecall Pro team (knowing Im a ****************** fan) got almost **** to send me a shout out and wish me good health. I feel they actually care about my success as a small business. *** give me all the necessary tools I need to grow my business and their whiteboard Wednesday talks are amazing full of useful information.I love you guys! I dont care if I have a small business or a multimillion dollar operation. You guys are stuck with me.

    Awesome software, perfect for scheduling, invoicing, taking payments. The best all in one app. They even send customers a link for reviews, as well as customer messaging!

    We were willing to try to use the company. They offered many features we needed and were interested in using. However, its been a week of having being users of HCP and we have had NO contact on how to use and access our account. We tried to reach out to them to get information about our account. 3 representatives in the span of 1 hour and no one can help, they refuse to help, and even hung up on me. Well definitely be cancelling their services. They even OVER charged us to use it.

    They keep calling me to give me a demo of their software. The reps on the phone seem somewhat courteous and are just doing their jobs, however, they keep calling me and I keep telling them I don't have time to demo their software and I'm not interested. Last time they called me, which was probably the 5th time, I asked them to take me off their list. Today they called me again. Being annoying and ignoring my request is not doing you guys any favors when you want me to potential purchase your product. I will definitely not be looking into your software.

    To much money for a service that does not work and then u gotta wait 2-3 days for someone to reach out then they lose your ticket and nothing is done. Highly stay away from this app !!! Makes me so mad running a BUISNESS and the app does not work and customer service will tell u they will reach back and never does if so u are busy and can't reply back they close your ticket and you have to start all over .

    I have them a try for maybe 2 weeks, all seemed well payments processed timely, my trial expired I then upgraded to a paid plan. After doing so I received a red urgent message saying my account needs to be updated however, there are no links or requests for updates. I phoned support I was told he will create a ticket. I received a chat message saying the ticket was created I waited 2 hours and initiated another chat with where the representative told me she does not handle payments. I ask d her for the cancellation policy its been 30 minutes she has yet to respond. ******* apparently decided to not respond. ***** is no help, ***** is no help , ****** is no help ******* is no help. Housecall pro has no real support just chat agents in place to create tickets and provide no resolutions

    HCP is a first class company. The software is user-friendly and the customer service is quick and helpful. I really like the fact that they are always improving their software's usability and effectiveness. Switching over from 'the Titan' was the best thing we ever did. At the time of writing this the VoIP could use some more help, but other than that I am extremely satisfied with Housecall Pro.

    If I could I would not give them one zero the only reason why I gave them one is because you have to in order to leave a review. They are a fraudulent company and they work with another company to handle the credit card process called striipe. And if any random customer just wants to get their money back they can dispute the charge and stripe will allow their Bank to take your money from your business account. At any given time they can freeze your account even if you have money pending in the credit card process. The site where you upload your evidence for the dispute will not even let you upload large files with a lot of evidence seems like they're working with that customer's Bank also. Again they deserve zero Stars terrible terrible company to deal with and there's your warning
