      I have used them for 2 years and had no problems with what I ordered. Sizes were correct and recommend to anyone..

      Cancelled my order the day after ordering when I looked up reviews. 3 days later I got a notification it was shipped to me. When it got here, it all looked good, but the steaks were definitely undersized. I ordered 14 oz ribeyes and they were only about **** oz each. Same with NY Strip. The steaks are extremely tough. I only cooked mine with a thermometer to 130 degrees, and still were so tough it was unpleasant. Would not recommend.

      Ordered last Christmas as a gift to my parents and they enjoyed them. Did the same thing for a Christmas present for them and they said that the meat was tough and had to spit out gristle with every bite. They've marinaded them all day trying to tenderize them to no avail. So disappointed that I spent ****** on unedible meat. When I contacted the company they said there's nothing we can do other than forward my message to quality control. Buyer beware, this company took me for 245 bucks and a very disappointing gift to my parents.

      Have been ordering from them for two years since they started the online delivery business. They used to be great. Were friendly and attentive and then suddenly in the last few months they went downhill. They do not return emails, phone calls or any attempts to reach them. I am on a monthly subscription for Porterhouse (8 steaks). Last month they switched it to T-bones without warning or authorization. Those are NOT the same thing. I called them and left messages. Emailed their customer support line. No reply. After a couple weeks of trying to reach them for a resolution I am no longer able to access my account online. It says no account on file when I used to be able to go on there and pause or skip months as needed. I cannot access my online account to manage subscription. This morning I am charged another month for steaks I didnt order and that I requested to be cancelled. Still unable to reach anybody for resolution. Avoid this company now as they will charge you and pull a switcheroo on you. They are a fraudulent company and as you can see from other reviews, I am not the only one having issues with them.
