    I completed a reservation through Member Deals on 12/20 for a hotel stay on 1/12/24. My card was charged and I received an email confirmation with my reservation details. I called today to see if I could check in earlier than 4pm tomorrow and they said, "we do not have a reservation for you." I provided all the information I could and the hotel produced zero results. Long story short, I called Member Deals three (3) more times and the hotel same amount, as Member Deals continued to tell me their system showed my reservation and provided additional confirmation numbers. The latest confirmation number belonged to someone else staying for six (6) nights. I called Member Deals again (just now) and they said, "we are doing the best we can and I should expect some results within 1 - 3 hours". Member Deals says, "we are forwarding the information to the escalation team and should hear something back soon on the outcome" and I stated, "why is it too hard for Member Deals to call the hotel and straighten this all out as I have to be at the hotel tomorrow for an event!" Member Deals stated, "we will have an update from the hotel within 1 -3 hours so be patient and we are doing all we can to serve you and provide the best experience. I am not sure why there is so much confusion here when I booked this weeks ago and I ONLY FOUND OUT before I called to see if I could check in early. I CANNOT imagine how frustrated I would have been to find out tomorrow at the hotel with all my luggage.

    On May 16, 2023, I purchase concert tickets to ********* concert for Sept 22, 2023 at ************, **** through GovX website's link to *********** (receipt attached). The concert was postponed due to lead singer illness and new date was TBA. The concert was rescheduled on Nov 17, 2023 for the new date of Nov 22, 2023. However, GovX's *********** never informed me of the new date or provided me with new tickets for the event.I contacted *********** on the day I learned of the new concert date and informed them that I was never contacted with the new date and did not have the correct tickets and therefore could not attend and requested a full refund. *********** responded by saying my request was denied (response attached). I attached screen shots of the tickets which show the old date (Sept 27, 2023) showing "postpone" and never updated. Also, the "transfer" and "sell" buttons are grayed out which means I could not transfer or sell them to anyone else if I wanted to. I contend that it was ***********' responsibility to inform me of the new date and provide me with new concert tickets and I should not be held responsible for their mistakes. Additionally, GovX should also be held responsible since ***********' link is part of their website.

    Hello,I planned a *********** vacation for the week of 9/16-9/23 with two nights near Mt. Washington, ** and 5 nights in coastal *****. I booked three separate hotels through GOVX as we are a First Responder family. (FDNY) Unfortunately, Hurricane *** was barreling up the eastern seaboard and we decided to err on the side of caution and changed our plans. ***** was under a state of emergency from Friday, 9/15- Sunday, 9/17.We moved our stay in North ******, ** to the following weekend (From 9/16-9/18 to 9/23-9/25.) When I called GOVX to modify the reservation, they informed me that they do not modify- only cancel and rebook. BUT- they also charge the cancellation fee of the entire stay ($582.39). We are rebooked for 9/23-9/25 and it doesn't make sense to pay twice for one stay.We also asked to cancel our hotel in Boothbay Harbor (forecast was for the area to receive heavy rains and wind from the Category 3 hurricane on the day we cancelled.) We were informed that since it was after the 9/5 cancellation date there was nothing they could do and they kept our money. ($858.44)There was NO CONSIDERATION of a hurricane in the area. We have lived through Hurricane ***** among others here on Long Island and are well aware of the devastation a hurricane can cause.What GOVX is doing just isn't right!

    Good morning So I am a veteran and used gov x to book a hotel so I book sea mist website made look great a cinema on site food place to eat wrong I got there and it was horrible no place to eat coffee pot and tv both broke beds falling in dirty awful place owe only two pools open both green and when I went the front to complain I was told if I did not like just leave so I emedetly contact govx to the situation that I wanted my money back and everything sent few pictures and it was nothing like there site said so they said they contact the hotel and it was up to them to hotel and the hotel told them that I never told the hotel about anything that was wrong and thats a lie I have proof two witness when I talked to the maniger who told me to just leave and I am sure I was on camera and also when I talked to them on the phone bc they said they record phone calls and I try to ask govx what to do and to exfoliate bc we have proof we can show the hotel and they wont so I am trying to get a refund for false advertising I also have email for gox and I know yalls phones record everything Pls call or email *************************** ************ *******************
