Absolutely horrible experience with GovX regarding using their vacation offers. They are deceptive and fraudulent in their website and their policies. I had signed up for GovX and even though my 'membership' was 'pending' I was able to book a vacation, which should have sent red flags to me... even before I clicked on 'confirm' for the purchase, I read the cancellation policy. It clearly stated at the bottom of the offer that any 'cancellations for a refund must be made at least 24 hours in advance'. I purchased a one-day ************** with dolphin swim. The next day, I was informed that I may need to have surgery on the same day, so I called in to get a refund, just in case. The customer service office is located overseas, and because of this, the reps do not speak English very well and we had a difficult conversation with having them know what I needed done! I started the refund, and they said I would get a reply within 72 hours. The reply came and I was denied the refund! I called a second time, and again ******* had a very difficult time understanding what I needed to do..that was to request a refund because I was now scheduled for surgery and did not want to lose all that money$$. I even asked to have the date moved and they refused that as well! So, now I am out almost $2000!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of retired military members! An investigation into their deceptive practices needs to be done by the federal gov't to shut them down.

I ordered two groove life belts in size large. I received one groove life belt in size large and one a size medium. I returned the one that was a size medium, which I was given a credit for. I reordered the same belt again in a size large. I am presently awaiting receipt of the one I reordered. What I was disappointed about is that I paid shipping on the belt for the first order, but did not receive credit for the shipping, so in essence, I paid for the shipping in which the incorrect size was sent to me. I feel that shipping amount should have been credited to me, since it was a mistake on GovX part. I will probably not order from them again after this.GovX

4 stars30% less for Christmas slippers. OluKai, name brand, not cheap. One should never one stop shop a cruise. One found the better deal, post-facto embarrassing.It is not abnormal to get e-tix as close to showtime as possible, many vendors do the same.Of course they are capturing shopper data, everybody with a high flow website does it.Yes, there are pricey name brand items, some veterans "splurge" for the holidays.I gave four stars, because I would have liked free shipping for over a hundred dollar purchase, Still it was cheaper (shipping seven bucks).Review fromDavid V

1 starScam! They should not be advertising free cruises to government employees. They overcharged me $115. I could have bought a cruise on Carnival for 4 days for the same price. I cannot get customer service to help me with ********************** because the cruise conceirge **** said they don't book those cruises and Margaritaville was nasty to me. I want a $115 refund for charging me $284 for my 9 year old son. The cruise rate was $169 at the time I bpoked it. This company is scamming government employees!Review fromChristopher L

1 starI bought hip hop Nutcracker tix and the tickets didnt come to my email until 12hrs before the even after I had emailed and called them several times. I also paid $22 more than ticket price. Plus the seats they offered were the nose bleed section of the facility.Review fromArcania J

1 starWas looking at the pants and a clearance pair was over $1000 dollars. There is no way that is even a thing. Even the high end Overlander stores had *** 500 bucks stuff and I couldnt even see how much they originally were either.
