    I have been getting charged $19.99 per month from Neobod since 11/2021. I have never signed up for or authorized this service or charge. I do not even know what the service provides. Unfortunately, I only noticed this charge on my July 2022 bill. I called Comenity to let them know it was an incorrect charge. They said that I had to pay it, or I would be getting a late fee charge. I called the number for YOURSECURENEOBOD, which was ************. I told them to immediately cancel this service. I told them that I never authorized this service. They sent me a letter of cancelation dated 7/21/22. I received another bill today for Comenity BJS Wholesale Warehouse Mastercard and the charge is still on my statement. The charge is dated from 7/10/22. Now i am responsible to pay this amount or get a late charge fee. I understand that I should have caught this months ago. It is definitely a scam and I am out almost $180.

    On Monday, August 9, 2022 I was charged $19.99 in my bank account for a charge I don't recognize for something called ONLINE NEOBOD ORDERS.I never signed up or willingly paid for such.I've seen over 40 complaints against said neobod company scamming or somehow charging this from people. How did they get my information?I want a refund and guarantee that this won't happen again!

    This recurring charge started appearing on my bank statement in April. I did not subscribe to anything, and I have no idea what this charge is for. I cannot figure out how to cancel it, because I have no idea what it is.

    On July 28 I called to cancel a subscription I never even signed up for. They said they would cancel it and send me an email which I never received. They claim they could only send 1 email. I called back on July 29th to make sure it got canceled and she said I can assure you it was canceled. On August 1st it was taken out of my account again. I would like to be refunded my money and the subscription CANCELED.

    I saw a charge showing a monthly subscription fee of $19.99 for this company. I NEVER signed up for a subscription to allow $19.99 to be charged to my account! I called a number *************) that showed on my credit card charges. All they answered was customer Service. I had to ask what company was I calling and she said it was for a number of companies. I said I was calling to reach *********** Neo Bod (this was the name of the company that was charging my account). She told me she represented a company called NeoBod. I told her I never asked for a subscription for Im this company and told her to take my account and name off of this companys list. She said she removed it. I know I will not be able to go thru the hassle of trying to get my money back. I just want to file this complaint with BBB to ensure that I have shown that I have taken the necessary steps to have this company removed from taking any more money in the future from my account in case I have to make further steps to stop these charges!
