    In reviewing monthly banking statements, I noticed monthly withdrawals from GetNeoBode in ************. A ****** search suggests this is a fitness app, however, I never downloaded a fitness app and have not authorize this charge. They have been deducting $19.99 per month from my account without my knowledge or consent. I dont even know who to contact because this business is not reputable and contact information isnt easily located.

    I was charged $19.99 on my bank card on 1/15/2025 & again on 2/14/2025.I did not authorize these transactions nor do I know who this company is. I would like a refund of $39.98.

    On 1/16 I noticed a suspicious charge of $19.99 on my account and after researching noticed that NeoBod or fitnessgoalapp charged me for an app I never downloaded or even knew about. 100% fraud here. Not sure how they are doing it and would provide zero explanation when I called. I am warning everyone I know.

    I noticed a charge on my bank statement for "Health Fit" that I did not recognize. So I contacted my bank who informed me there was not additional identifying information on the business. But, they provided a phone number that I could call. Once I did, there was no business name, and the representative couldn't give me the name of their company. She said they are customer service for a variety of businesses. She did provide information that an App was installed by the name NeoBody to my phone and that's what the charge was for. However, I had never heard of this app and is not found anywhere on my phone. I'm not sure how this happened as I am very careful with my bank account information, and do not sign up for subscriptions as I cannot afford them. Not to mention, I have a team of health professionals working with me on weight loss/maintenance.

    My card was charged on 11/24 for $19.99 for HEALTHFITAPP. I called the number to find out what it is and they said neobod app. I said I didnt sign up for this and they said it either came with a watch or I signed up for it through App Store. Neither of those are true. I asked for refund and cancellation which they said they did but I never received email confirmation. I called back multiple times asking how they obtained my information and they could not give me a satisfactory answer. When i threatened to take this as high as I could go they hung up and refused all calls after.

    Neobod is charging my credit card for a service I never requested. I had to cancel my card and contact many companies that legitimately charge that card. Then wait 2 weeks for a new card. I have no idea how they got my information.

    I was charged ***** to my bank account for something I know nothing about. Buyneo something. So, although you dont handle crimesthis is THEFT!!! No idea who this is or why this charge is on my account!!

    company has been charging $19.99 USD on my credit card for 14 months, starting August 2023. We did not authorize this. I was not provided with any services, product or invoices at any time. I called the number appearing on my charge statement on 11/11/24, to inquire what the charge is for & how they got my credit card#. Requested them to cancel this. Waiting on refund (they said they would only refund 1 month pending charge). This is a scam, we used no product, never signed up, certainly never gave our credit card, yet they billed us 14 times? Total scam. Horrible.

    I am getting charged $24.97 monthly from Online Elite Deals. When I called the number on my CC it turns out to be from an App called Fitness by NeoBod. I never signed up for this app and it certainly isnt downloaded on my phone. They said they would cancel and refund the payments (3 total that I can see) but after waiting 10 business days, no refund. I called again and was told the account is still active and she will go ahead and cancel and request a refund. This time they gave me a cancelation # ********. I have since requested a new card and # so they can no longer keep charging me.
