    This is a scam. They have deducted 2 payments of $19.99 from my account. I did not purchase this product. I want my money refunded and no further deductions from my account.

    I think you are trash! You took money from my account and I had no clue who you were. I had to ****** you to find out. I did not authorize the taking of my money. I dont know how you got my info considering the day before you took my money I opened the very account you took the money from. I will get my money back, and you will hopefully go out of business with all the bad reviews you have.

    Went on my bank app and found a charge for $19.99 and never heard of this company or app till I read all the complaints from here. Tried calling number from what is listed on my bank transaction and sitting on hold forever. I hated to do it but I canceled my card and told my bank what was going on so Im paying the price cause of these hackers acting like a business.

    I was charged for products or service I know nothing about. I have to called back my bank tomorrow how the h*** these people get my bank information. ***** was taken from my account.

    My 88-year-old father who is handicapped received his bank statement and noticed that he had been charged $19.99 from February 2022 until 11-2022. I called the company and spoke with someone named ***** on 12-27-2022 and she said that she would refund 3 months of the money and closed the account. I told her that I wanted all the money. ***** said that she would see what could be done. I asked to speak with an Mgr. of course no manager was on the floor. ***** said that someone would contact me in 2 business days. That did not happen. So, now I'm on the phone with a woman named **, I told her what was happening. ** said that they will refund the money from Feb to August. ** said that she saw that they already gave credit of 3 months of $19.99 to the account. I've been on and off hold with ** from 3:08 pm 1-2-2023 until now, it is 4:07 p.m. I"m still on hold waiting for ** to come back on the phone. I'm sure she is waiting for me to hang up or for the phone to hang up. I'll see if they give my father's money back. I was left on hold until 4:25 p.m. I just decided to call back tomorrow. Unbelievable!!!

    I was charged $19.99 for a product or service I know nothing about. I called the number listed on my bank statement After holding for 55 minutes I was told they would cancel my membership (that I did not sign up for) & issue a refund. It will take 10 to 14 days for the refund. This is a scam & this company should be shut down. My concern is how did they get my credit card info. I didn't give it to them. This is ******.

    I've been charged since April for something that I don't know. I saw it on my bank statement and I called customer service. They said that my subscription will be canceled and I will be refunded. Since now, i never been refunded and they keep charging me.

    I was charged ***** for something. I don't know what for. I've never heard of them. Thank ******** OF AMERICA is a beast because they reverse the charge right away and canceled my card. Now I have to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for a new card and switching all of my auto-pay info on 4 or 5 different accounts...smh

    Got charged $19.99 for something I never signed up. Sent cancel but am skeptical it will stop the charges. Short of getting new card (********** with all the auto payments) I think the BBB should get charges filed and shut them down.
