At the beginning of December, we ordered a Nutcase helmet as a Christmas gift. We immediately received an order confirmation stating stating the order would be processed within 21 days. Okay, fine, it may not arrive in time for Christmas, but here with are three months later with no helmet. There is no way to check the order status, and multiple email attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. These helmets are great, but they sure have lost my business.Initial Complaint

I bought a helmet and it is too big. I need to exchange it but the company WILL NOT respond to my emails or messages on social media. I have sent over a dozen emails and they won't respond. This has been going on since September 2024. They don't have a contact number.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 9/7/25 which was supposed to take 7-10 days to receive. I received an email 9/25/24 saying the order would ship within another 7 days and they would offer a 20% discount off of my order if I didn't cancel since it was late. I told them I would wait, and did not get a response or credit although my card was charged. I emailed them back 10/12/24 to check on the status and no response. I finally received my order 9 days later and it was incorrect so I emailed again to exchange since thats what they offered. I have since emailed 3 times with zero response. I have looked into the social medias and a lot of people are in the same situation with no response from their customer service and very late deliveries.Initial Complaint

Order for helmet placed Sept 11, 2024. Emailed when order didnt ship after two weeks and received an email offering a partial refund for the delay. This was received. The order was to have shipped, per the email, within the week. It has not shipped and emails are now going unanswered. There is no available working number.Initial Complaint

I bought a helmet in May 2023 on Amazon and it was falling apart so I submitted a claim for the warranty on 4/24/24. They responded on 4/25 and asked for photos of where the helmet was falling apart and I sent them 3. They responded that they would send out a replacement. I didn't hear back or receive anything so I emailed again on 5/2, 5/6 and 5/8. Finally, on 5/13 a different rep responded asking if it was the velcro or pads and I responded there was no velcro so that was probably the issue. They again have not responded since and I've emailed them again 5/14, 5/20, and 5/29. This is ridiculous.Initial Complaint

Purchased two bike helmets from nutcase helmet on 4/3/24 - received 4/10/24. Order # ******.Helmet (Sun Day) is to small. After following the Nutcase fit chart ordered a medium, but require a large. Helmet ( Bahaus Reflective) the visor is faulty and will not attach to the helmet satisfactorily.Have tried to contact customer service representing ********************** using the email, phone that is provided. Email - we get a failure to deliver notification ( ************************************* ). Phone number ************** ) got a message that you have been selected for special offer $100.00. Have tried this method numerous times.Went to Paypal and found that I was not the only one that cant make any contact with customer service. Tried email and phone numerous times, no results, no contact. Email - ********************** Phone - ************ left massage as requested. No results, no contact.We want to exchange the small helmet for a large - sizing not our fault- followed there sizing chart, and advice or replacement of the helmet with the visor issue. dishonest business practice period.I ordered 2 helmets on December and received them a month later. one of them didnt fit my child so I requested refund. I purchased a childrens Nutcase scooter that started to malfunction within a week or purchase. Then, three weeks after purchase, the wheel of the scooter fell off while my son was riding it. The company does not have a phone number listed anywhere, so I contacted the company through its email address. I received no response at all to my first three emails seeking help. Then, on my fourth email, I got a response to send pics, which I sent within 24 hours of that response. After not hearing back for another two weeks of silence from the company, I followed up (again via email). It has now been two months since my first email to customer service and all I get is silence. In the meantime, my other sons Nutcase helmets buckle broke. This company seems to be producing and selling faulty safety gear for children, AND does not have any customer service at all to deal with those manufacturing/design defects.Initial Complaint

I received the product (LED Helmet) in the mail. The product is defective - it does not work. I have tried repeatedly over the past 8 days to message and call this company, but no one will acknowledge me. I called the number for Nutcase Helmets, listed under the BBB website. They tried to get me to give them my personal information (date of birth, SS number, etc.). When I refused to give them this information, they hung up on me. The Nutcase Helmet website states "You will receive exactly what you ordered, on time, undamaged, and be billed correctly in a secure environment. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, contact us and we will make it right." None of which I experienced. We paid for the items with our credit card but never received the items. We made multiple attempts to contact the company and received no response over 20 days. It's been an awful experience to be charged something and not received the product, and after 20+ days to finally hear back. We had to email the company multiple times before someone finally responded and refunded us the amount we were charged since we never received the items we ordered. There is no phone number to call and the only way was to email, but no one responded to our emails. For our second order, we've sent about 3 emails so far and are still awaiting their response. We have tried to contact the company by finding their ******** page which had a phone number listed as ************ but it sounded like a scam phone number about claiming rewards. I spoke to a representative and when asked about my nutcase order, they asked me for a reward claim number and then hung up. I cannot get a hold of the company and would like them to contact me so that I can discuss my order and how to properly return it. It's frustrating to not be able to contact this company. They're unreachable.
