    On 11/23/2023 I ordered a Vio Kit ****************** 1.Instead I received a different helmet - nothing like what I ordered.My order number is 113022.I have emailed the address on the Nutcase website and never received a response.I called the number on the back of the helmet box and it was clear that the person on the line was trying to scam me. They asked for my phone number, address and credit card information. When I told them I needed help with my helmet, they hung up on me.

    Ordered several items from Nutcase, including a helmet for my daughter, bike padset, and a bell. None of the items have been shipped and it was been over three weeks. They charged me over $150 dollars for these items. They responded to one email after I ordered after I received an email that the item would ship late. After that, there have been no further updates or emails from them and I have emailed them multiple times asking for updates.

    Ordered two helmets on April 11th. After 2 weeks, not shipped. Contacted customer care, and was told they are having "issues" between nutcase and shoppify. Was offered a discount and told helmet would ship within a few weeks. After a few more back and forth emails, they have gone silent with no shipping. Furthermore their website is now down so there is literately no way to contact them. At this point I just want a refund, but I can't even reach them to ask.

    Paid $134.23 for 2 helmets that have never shipped. The company blames Shopify and **** They have not given me a refund. They are not a reputable company any longer.

    Placed an order 5/1/23 and was told they would take two weeks to ship out. Ive followed up 5/27 with no answer to my email and again on 5/7 with no answer to my email. Company information is no longer on website and company is not responding to emails or phone number that was previously listed on *******

    On April 7, 2023 I ordered two helmets from this company. A week later there had been no contact, so I emailed and was told they had a data breach and were trying to get everything back up and running and it should not be more then another week. Two weeks pass and I email again with a response that gave me no new information other then they were trying to get things running. Emailed again at three weeks and received another response with no information. At the 4 week **** I emailed requesting a refund. Was told no problem and give it **** business days. I have given it that long with no refund being issued. I am not the only one having issues with this company as evident by the comments on their ******** page.

    I ordered a helmet from this company online, May 2, 2023. $149.99 was deducted from my **** on that day to pay for the helmet. I received an automated order confirmation saying the helmet would ship within 5-7 days. After hearing nothing, I emailed the companys customer service asking when it would ship. After getting no reply I again emailed and also started checking Nutcases social media. It appears there are several of ** in a similar boat. I also tried contacting the parent company, Bravo Sports, which doesnt answer the phone. Seems this company is still taking orders but not shipping product.

    Ordered Nutcase Helmet from their website (***************************************************) 4/20/23 (Order #******) and received confirmation email. Order never shipped despite numerous emails to support (******************************* ********************************* The reply is always "we are having problems with Shopify but your order will be shipped shortly". Nutcase is owned by ************ Corporation, **************************************************************************************************, 1-************. I have tried calling both Bravo and Nutcase ***************) but the phones have been disconnected. I am asking for a refund of $94.98 charged to my credit card.
