    I am writing to file a request for full refund of $990 and coverage of broken items broken over a 2 day move october 18 &19 ******) CM promised to arrive at 12pm 10/18, they arrived at 4:42pm missing the guaranteed arrival window by 42 minutes- causing them to miss the hours of the storage unit and extending the move to 2 days rather than 3 hours as expected.2) CM did not know how to operate the pallet **** that was paid extra for and explicitly ordered to hasten the move, the movers then got hurt using the **** due to inexperience and then took my items i paid to be on pallets off the pallets.3) CM broke my peloton valued at $700 4) CM my couch and tried to hide it cost of replacement is $400 5) CM ripped and crushed my one of a kind original artwork 6) CM violently threw pallets splintering dangerously towards me and left them at the storage unit where they are illegal to dump.7) CM took hours to work because they were on their phones and not actually working when they came for pick up.I emailed and called and have not had any customer service. the blatant disregard for my safety and the treatment of my property.I am requesting a full refund and the compensation for my broken items.     The customer was offered compensation, we agreed on everything, but she could not accept the check up until now. We had a government mediator, even he gave up!) In the menatime, we are always here and ready to compensate at any time the customer is ready and available to accept check.

    The company did not provide a receipt and they also lied about their drive time and labor time. My initials and signature were forged on the documents provided to me after the fact. I called the company only to hear that they are sticking to their proposed time with no proof.

    To whom it may concern:I am filing a complaint with Cali Moving & Storage for withholding critical information, which allowed them to steal money from my ********** On July 11, 2024, my wife, *******************, called and spoke with ****. **** provided all the necessary details, including the number of trucks and men that would be sent to both the pick-up and drop-off locations.On July 16, 2024, I called to confirm the information and reserve the move. **** was unavailable, so I spoke with another person whose name I had forgotten. This person informed me that one truck and two men would arrive at my *********, ** address on July 29, 2024, and then the drivers would drive the loaded truck to **********, ** on July 30, 2024, and two men would off-load there.At no point did either customer service representative mention that canceling the move would incur a 10% or $275 charge. This omission is unacceptable. Given that Cali Moving & Storage provided thorough information on two separate occasions, I believe it is company policy to withhold information about the cancellation fee upfront. Additionally, the documents sent to me by Cali Moving & Storage state a cancellation policy for cancellations within 14 days, but I placed my order within that 14-day window.I even attempted a reasonable compromise by offering a 5% cancellation fee, but I have not received any calls, texts, or emails accepting my offer.I am requesting a full refund of $275 since I have withdrawn my polite offering. Furthermore, Cali Moving & Storage needs to train its customer service representatives to be honest and upfront with their customers. All customers should be informed about the cancellation fee, point blank, and period.I am requesting $275 be credited back to my account within 72 hours of Cali Moving & Storage receiving this letter.A copy of this letter was sent to Cali Moving & Storage

    I hired Cali Moving and Storage for my move from *********, ** to *********, ** on 03/30/24. Some of my personal items were damaged during the move. One of them was noted immediately by the movers (a stainless steel trash can) and two things were noted post move, once I fully unpacked (damage to a dresser and a broken picture frame). I brought the damages to the attention of the company, speaking to ******* a few weeks later. I would have done it sooner but was dealing with some health issues and didn't have a chance to unpack everything right away. When I spoke with *******, I requested $100 for the damages but he offered me $50. After some negotiating, we settled on $75. I provided my new home address right away and waited for the promised check. Nothing came and it's now been 21 days. I've tried reaching back to ******* by email and phone several times, but he has failed to answer my calls or emails. After paying almost $1700 for this move, I don't feel I'm being unreasonable in any way, by asking the company to stand behind their services. I would like the company to get that check to me as soon as possible, so I can put this matter behind me.
