They do not like to hire people because of background for over 20 years that have nothing to do with the industry. I'm on 7 different moving platforms. A home and business owner. Stellar Man of the *************** and school district I live in. Tax payer and community activist. No blemish on driving record, commercial insurance and I'm a personal trainer, so I'm very strong. This company really discriminate. I expected better from them. Disappointing

Unfortunately, we are not sure what issues ***************************** has with the application. I reviewed his profile and he never completed orientation, never uploaded any documents, never did a background check or inspection. Since **************** never completed the process, there is no way to verify his information nor approve his application to be a delivery professional for GoShare. This company does not care about their contractors. They will take advantage of you, and take from you. They are also slow to payout.GoShare Inc

Thank you for your review ******. I can understand your frustration when you don't get paid as quickly as you had hoped. I did review your profile. There are multiple instances in the training document that educates all of our independent contractors that payments will be received 4 business days after the project is complete. This is to ensure there are no complaints from the client or damages that *** have occurred that would need to be addressed and paid for. Based on your email, we will review the training documents and see about adding an additional reference for the drivers that payouts are made 4 business days after the project is complete.Thanks again for your feedback.Review fromSam J.

The company lies and misleading their drivers with false information to apply and pay $45 for background check and they promise you a minimum payment but all lies. I have couple screenshots of all what Im saying as a proof. First, in their app they show you that with a pickup truck the minimum job is $54.73 but, I keep getting jobs like $34.89 or less for a PICKUP TRUCK so its not worth it with a big pickup or a van to spend an hour plus driving to the pickup location.GoShare Inc

Just a few things to address on this one. The background check is a pass through fee from Checkr. To protect our clients, GoShare does a thorough background check on all delivery professionals. More information can be read https://goshare.co/why-does-goshare-require-a-background-check/. Many of our drivers make more than $50 per hour working with GoShare. So doing just a few projects would pay back that background fee quickly.Just like a regular 9-5 hourly job, GoShare does not pay for your drive time to the job. We would never recommend accepting a project that would cause a driver to pay more in fuel cost than they make on the project. When you look at the Last Mile industry, GoShare pays one of the highest rates compared to the competition.Sam J.

Could you please explain why in the app shows that the minimum job for pickup truck is $54.74 and I keep getting jobs for pickup truck for $34 or less? Why? Also, on your own website you said minimum jobs like that and we get much less than that? Is that false information or no? ThanksSam J.

Also, when you said as a regular job 5-9 hours I understand that you dont pay me to go to the job but in this case is different. First, maximum youll get per day 2-3 jobs and most of them about an hour away from your location so, for each job minimum you will drive like an hour for free and sometimes like 2 hours. I hope you guys think about that too
