  Honestly I don't know if this is a real company or not, this has been the worst and I mean the worst, unprofessional job application process I have ever went through. They charge you 50 dollars to do a background check, (had to wait sometime to hear back about that) just to be told that my application got denied due to some inconsistencies on my background check, and then told me that they didn't have time to give me feedback on why it was not approved. This company is scam and they literally are making money in between applicants. Furthermore, hire more customer service workers, there is no reason that someone can not call this company directly and speak with a live representative about your concerns or the application process itself, we do not want to speak with bots. If they actually did there job during the background check they would have saw that I uploaded my marriage certificate and had a name change because I am pretty sure that is the "inconsistent" information they are talking about. I only selected one star because I had to otherwise I wouldn't have given them any stars.

  Hi Kantrince. I apologize the email wasn't clear regarding your background check. To protect all of our customers, we do a thorough background check on all drivers. The requirements are outlined in the FAQ, the introduction video, and the website before you submit your payment for the background. When your background check fails to meet those standards, we cannot move you forward for the safety of our clients.
  You also get an email from Turn which completes the background check. If there is an error on it, you should reach out to Turn to get it corrected and then we can have it run again. But unfortunately if it doesn't meet the standards as outlined on https://goshare.co/why-does-goshare-require-a-background-check/, we cannot move you forward.

  i would leave negative 100 starts if that was an options.Took $50 from me for a background check that came back clean then never contacted me back after month of trying to get a response with an update on my activation I was told there are thousands of applicants and hundreds in front of me. So the whole point is to make quick money while in between jobs but the process is so long, I just asked customer service to refund my money as this is not what signed up for. Still no response then I threatened to file complaint with BBB and they finally wrote me a snarky email saying they wont be bullied and that now I am not able to drive because they are putting me on a do not drive list. All for just trying to get some type of feed back about my account. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UP FRONT THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND TO YOU AND IT COULD TAKE MONTHS TO GET ACTIVATED AND IF YOU HAVE AN ISSSUE WITH THAT LIKE I DID THEY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOUR $59 AND WILL NOT RESPOND.

  I attempted to work as a driver with GoShare, the process and the waiting time to get accepted was ridiculous and very long, about 2 months.After I got the app running, I received so many offers within a few weeks period, and it was hilarious how much they pay us.You can go out for delivery and driver for 2 hours and get paid sometime like $8-12 an hour. And you hardly get more than 2 offers a day. i live in the bay area *************.This guys are a joke, please go find a real job, It's a waste of time. Not recommended at all. 1 star is too much for them.

  Hi ***. I could not find you in our system as a delivery professional, but I apologize you didn't have a great experience with GoShare. The projects we get from customers are all over the ********************* and surrounding areas and for all types of vehicles including sedans, pickups, cargo vans, and box trucks. GoShare drivers have completed hundreds of projects in the area this year. I'm sorry there were no projects in close proximity to your house. We always tell our drivers to review the project details to determine if a project will work for them and we never require a delivery professional to accept a project. I hope you are able to find projects that work for you in the future.

  GoShare are hypocrites and liars. I was delivering a job for them. I arrived on time but there was a delay in loading the job because of another person who works for them not showing up. They refused to pay for the wait time. Thy just to come back after 2 hours. When I said that I fulfilled my part by being there on time and they are penalizing me for something I did not do, they took me off the job all together. So I lost around 3 hours of my day for nothing. They did apologize for the inconvenience at first, but when I threatened to go to court to get the $33 for that job, they terminated me and said I was not professional.By the way, if a driver does not show up or cancel the job, they charge him $30 or even $50, but if one shows up but the job is not ready they basically say: tough, you are on your own and he does not get paid.Do not work for them, do not use them

  I would advise against applying to be a driver for this company. They charge money to apply to be a driver, which should have been a red flag. I, of course, checked to be sure that I meet all of the qualifications before applying and paying the fee. It took months to hear back and several documented inquiries, and I never heard back. I finally reported the charge as fraud through my bank which got a response from the company. They will not give the money back and I am unable to drive for the company.

Unfortunately, some background checks take longer than others when drivers have moved around a lot or there are discrepancies on the report that have to be reviewed. I see your background did come back on 8/26/23 and we sent an email to you. Our background check company Turn also sent you an email on that day. GoShare doesn't charge you to become a driver, but we do have you pay for your background check as it was described in the video when you signed up as a driver.   Goshare offers really BAD service. I used them twice and they stole the last time I used it. They gave me a price of 83 dollars for 68 minutes that the delivery was going to take and they ended up charging me 165 dollars for 140 minutes the delivery took. What? That's not my fault. When I asked them what had happened they were so disrespectful and didn't give me a solution.

  Unfortunately I cannot find this name or email address in the GoShare system as a customer therefore I cannot comment on a specific project. However, when all projects are booked we give the customer a rate for a set max ****** of minutes. If that time is exceeded, there will be additional charges. The rate for the additional charges is explained in the quote.

  1. I asked for a team member to remain professional when using the chat option on my active order and they flagged MY account as ABUSIVE. Keep in mind the chat agent kept saying "LOL" to my concerns and i gave her a pro tip to not be using work chat like if you're talking to a friend. 2). I am happy to no longer be affiliated with goshare because they allowed customer service to talk negatively to drivers and about their vehicles. when I would ask for a description of my helpers vehicle to know what to expect they would tell me "its not pretty but it should do the trick HAHAHA "... what type of comments are those in the go share platform? 3). I have screenshots of everything the manager is just as immature as the people behind the chats she allows this to go on and deactivates who ever they do not like. I'm truly blessed to not depend on this platform and glad to have made my money back before they showed their true colors. I'm sure they'll reply to this as they have replied to others trying to make us look bad but the proof is here.

  Poor ***************** Delivered a brand new chair that was dirty from the truck. Took off without trying to remedy. You cannot leave a review on their website, interestingly enough. I would give -5 if I could. The only reason they get a 1 is because my 90y/old mom got her chair.

  Poor management for the application process, waited 3 months for no reason since they can't respond to emails for their application process. Terrible support system and sign up design. They cancelled my application because I left a negative review. Instead resolving my problem they focused on the wrong thing and now its going to bite them back. I would have fixed the review if they resolved the problem I had with their long wait time. They should get negative 5 stars, they dont even deserve 1 star for the amount of disrespect they showed me while signing up.

  ************ was informed on May 24th we review Delivery Professional's documents first in first out and unfortunately at this time we have a lot of people wanting to work with GoShare. We cannot have him 'skip the line' when other people were ahead of him. He decided he didn't want to wait. I apologize that GoShare was not better able to serve him.

  Unfortunately, I had a rather unsatisfactory experience with their appointment services for car inspection as a new driver. Despite scheduling an appointment a month in advance, they failed to show up. This level of unreliability and lack of professionalism is not something I can recommend to others seeking contract jobs in this field. I still have not gotten my inspection for my car. Massive failure in this department, and disrespect.
