    During October of 2023 me and my partner were doing out usual thing. We would unwind from a long day of work by playing some Rocket League (Owned by epic games and psyonix). We got into a match against a player and decided to be toxic to them. Which when you are toxic (swearing saying mean things) the automated chat system detects and puts a ban between 1 day and a month on your account. The player then took it to ******* CC'd a developer for the game and our accounts were permanently banned then next day. Our accounts that we had been playing on since 2017 gone. All of our microtransactions gone. After that we decided to reach out to shed some light on the situation but have never gotten a response from the company even though our emails have been read. They have a ban system where if you get banned the amount of time can go up but if you behave yourself the ban then de-escalates. ***** ******* a developer said "If players behave themselves for 30 days afterwards it then de-escalates so theyre not getting dinged as a separate strike.". The ban was unwarrented because we didn't know that a permanent ban would be put in place since we had been behaving oursleves for quite sometime. We tried getting chat history but it hasn't been provided. If we had known it would have been permanent a different outcome would've happened. This has caused me and my partner such emotional distress and depression. We loved and supported our favorite game for years. Either through micro transactions or just playtime. It upsets us to see us being treated like were some sort of criminals when we just want answers. We even reached out to the player we were mean to and apologized, which they even agreed to help us remove this permanent ban but psyonix or epic games refuses to answer our emails. We have screenshots and proof of everything in this situation and just want to be unbanned. Epic games has been known to do this to it's consumers and it needs to stop. Thank you for your time.

    they ban people for anything perceived in chat. this is not legal.

    Nothing has changed . Epic is still encouraging hacking while my son and lose 99% of the time . Another tournament in rocket league where the other team scores at will , even scoring off of hits that are from the other side of the field , ricocheting off the wall and somehow perfectly heading to the net while we barely cant get there . My son and I would absolutely love these games because the design and gameplay are great until the cheaters come along . Its really sad . I made a promise to continue these complaints until these scum bags change or fix this . Until then expect these to continue.

    Same thing happening even after my report to epic who is affiliated to psyonix as they both represent rocket league . Since neither seem to care about my many reports all over their platforms and other social media and now continue to be scummy and disrespect bbb.org , Im continuing as well to report . The cheating , scams , lack of security or concern for their users and the integrity of their games remains in full .

    Ban " ************* First Of His Name" from EVER PLAYING EVER AGAIN. My son is 15 and this other person said "calculated your moms t*** last night". I am utterly offended and will be pressing charges against this sexual harassment

    I was banned from.playing the game rocket league. I have spent well over a thousand dollars between the purchase of the game, the buying trading and transferring of the digital scam type loot boxes. And now I get home from work to play a game I paid for and I am banned and the explanation I recieved was unsportsmanlike conduct. I go out of my way to educated players I'm am playing with and politely attempt to create am environment of teamwork and victory. So are these business practices immoral or downright illegal stripping me of my purchase and thousands of hrs of time investment when I haven't violated a single term of service, sworn at anybody or anything of sort and I am sick of this illegal seizure of property for all gamers.

    Psyonix is forcing legitimate players to play with other users violating their ToS in an half baked attempt to solve their issue with rage quitting. The game is plagued with inactive players and players using third party software to control their cars during gameplay; actual human players are constantly matched with these detractors and are punished for leaving games matched with them. The only way to safely leave a game is by voting to concede but players using 3rd party software to remain in game while inactive won't vote to concede therefore trapping actual players in matches under threat and execution of ban. Normal in-game bots allow you to leave without punishment however, these players using "bots" to controll their cars won't vote. Psyonix is forcing you to play with users violating their ToS and then punishing you for leaving these games.

    Banned my account based on false allegations and have no way to remove bans from false allegations. Unsportsmanlike conduct was the reason for the ban but they allow others to make false reports when they are not carried through the game. They allow too much smurfing and toxicity and refused a refund for the time I was not able to use their services I paid for. They give no support through their support team. They only belittle you into thinking you are in the wrong.
