      Zebit is the best. Ive never had an issue. I wish they bring the e-certificates back. Ive been waiting months. Im about to purchase my ice maker. They are the best but please bring back the e-certain, they were such a life saver.

      Bought two items. Totaling close two ****** They both broke in a month Zebit does not refund or fix their products. You can't call or get in touch with them. Only emails they don't answer. They don't stand behind the items Bad Business

      Thank you for contacting us regarding your concerns with your orders placed on 2/3/23 and 4/3/23. Upon review of previous communications, you originally contacted us on 6/19/23 stating the battery (from the order placed on 4/3/23) had stopped working and we responded on 6/22/23 advising you to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Our return policy stipulates "if an item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the problem. Please dont wait, because we will not be able to assist you if we are not notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the order". You contacted us on 6/29/23 regarding the battery again and informed us the order from 2/3/23 had stopped working as well. As we were outside of the timeframe to file a claim, we responded to you on 6/29/23 directing you to contact the manufacturer for assistance since our items come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. We also received your voicemail on 7/26/23 and responded to you via email on 7/26/23 with the manufacturer information for both orders. Since we are past the 10 calendar day timeframe to file a claim, please contact the manufacturers for further assistance. We apologize for the frustration this has caused.

      I have used Zebit for years. Never had an issue, except once, when I got e-cards that were already used and had 0 dollars on them. Zebit made good on this and refunded my money. Love Zebit and the convenience of getting items super quick when needed. Easy payment plans!

      I like using Zebit, I have been a customer for many years now. The products are nice especially the pocketbooks, and I do enjoy using the gift cards when I can as well.
