      Sorry Company to start an Account. Applied and Approved , I waited one day after to pay for Merchandise, Went back to pay, Account Frozen. I sent may request to the ********************** Email, did not hear anything back !!! I hate to give 1 star .

      I used to love the site for all the different types of gift cards I could purchase but now the choices are limited and there are really no gift cards for anything I use or shop for now. I would love for the gift card choices to come back.

      I am a first time customer who was approved for a $1500 spending limit. Yesterday, on 3/30/2033 I purchased a $50 hotels.com e certificate. I purchased the lower amount gift card because I wanted to make sure it was legit before I purchased a higher amount. On 3/31/2023, I logged into my account and went to purchase 2 $500 hotels.com gift cards after completely paying off the $50 e certificate from 3/30/2023. I was told my account was frozen! My account was frozen when I paid off my total purchase in less than 24 hours! As a first time customer this was a horrible experience. I want my account unfrozen so it doesnt prevent me from getting approved with other companies. I will not be using zebit again. Horrible first time experience. I sent an email to customer support showing I paid off my $50 purchase in less than 24 hours and that my account was frozen after I paid it off. I didnt receive a response and no one answers the phone. Horrible experience!!!

      This company is a joke. Got a ******* spending limit. Bought something paid it off. Bought something ********* a payment went to buy something else and they say spending limit is frozen until I pay in full? Wtf why give someone a spending limit if they can't use it. Makes me not want to give you another *****. Don't waste your time with this company.
