      I have been using Zebit for a few years now and I have order everything from bedding, to housewares, to ecertificates. I've only had an issue one time and that was a delivery issue that was not in their control because it was determined I put the wrong zip code for the shipping address. Other than that I have always received everything rather quickly and the e-certificates come in my email within an hour or so of me ordering. Never any issues with e-certificate balances or usage. I give them as gifts and just basically purchase them so that I have them to use when I want since they never expire.

      shipping cost is insane...in a day an age where free shipping is a pretty standard thing i can not bring myself to spend $20 to $30 shipping for 1 item

      Completed an order for a Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch on 12/22/22 as a gift for my mother. The item left ******, ** on 12/27/22, arrived at a ***** facility in ****** on 12/30/22 and the item hasn't arrived yet. ***** claims the item is lost and when I complained about the issue to Zebit, I've been ignored because customer interaction doesn't exist anymore because people don't like working.

      I have ordered merchandise as well as ecertificate and have always had excellent service. They listen to what things I like to purchase. I always recommend them to family and friends. I can always count on Zebit to get things I want or need.

      I have ordered eCertificates from Zebit. Every single one was used and had insufficient funds by the time they made it to my email. Either the company or its employees are scamming people to buy eCertficates/gift cards so that they can turn around and immediately used the funds themselves. The companies that I purchased the eCertificates for customer service line confirmed that the card had already been used. Zebit has no customer service number to call and only communicates by email and even then you have to wait almost a week to get a response which is usually we are investing the situations but yet they are still staking money out of your account. I am try in g to dispute the fraud with my bank currently. DO NOT order ANYTHING FROM ZEBIT it is a scam!
