    Very hard to get support person who can do anything. Almost a month lag from when credit card is initialed with Zego until they actually pay out. Wonder how much money they are making keeping clients money. When you call for updates you just get the run around and told people will call, but they never do.

    Rental agency had me set up online payments through Zego. I did not have autopay enabled. Never had a problem until April rent was due, and **** charged me TWICE, despite the fact that I had only ONE receipt in my email. The entire incident caused the one account to overdraw and pull from the backup account, incurring several overdraft fees. Zego would not take responsibility for the duplicate payment. Horrible experience, I am closing my account and using paper checks from now on.

    Ripoff company. I am presently paying my HOA fees through this company. Payment is dated to pay at beginning of each month. THERE IS NO LATE DAY FOR THE ****** Jan 2023 I paid on the 24th. No problem. Feb 2023 I paid on the 18th. No problem. March 2023 I receive a letter in the on the 15 with late fees as follows: Assessments: $226.76 (my original payment), Late Fee: $25.00, Interest: $1.13, Notification Fee: $10.00 Total Outstanding: $262.89. Now I am late but the other months I was on time. Truly one of the worst companies I have dealt with in collection HOA fees and no surprise its in **********. There are no good reviews here. Next year I will be seeking a board position and will be replacing you immediately. Bottom line this company is a corrupt and cannot be trusted. If your HOA is dumb enough to do business with them then good luck. They are just west coast con men.

    My HOA switched to Zego this year and I hate it. Last year we paid our HOA fees in February and only got a $3 late fee on a $200 HOA fee, this year we got a $25 "administrative fee" on our $220 HOA fee for paying in February. Also, the website is had to navigate, i scoured the website for information on whether or not i had to pay the additional $15 for one day payment to insure my payment was not late (paying on the last day of the month) but i never found any information that answered my question. We are in 2023, there is no reason to charge for online transactions, especially $8-$13 if you don't use a bank account, this greedy company is only in it for the money for sure. Now after reading these comments I'm not sure if it is safe to go though and pay because they might still charge me a late fee. Also, there is no phone number on the site you can call or any chat log you can ask questions, just a bunch of useless FAQs. I will be requesting for our HOA to find a different company to handle finances ASAP. Zero out of 10 stars for sure.

    Back in September of 2022 they took $617 dollars out of my account. They did not give the money to the property management company because they no longer use them. Im now in February 2023 and the funds have never been recovered. I tried calling them and they were not helpful. The guy answering their phone refused to give me a reference number for the phone call. Or email me proof showing that I attempted to reach out to them directly. I just want my money to either go to the apartments or back to me. $617 is not a little amount of money.

    They did not pay my rent dated 2-5-2023 Apparently my approval ran out. Why would you not notify a customer that it was time to renew. Instead you chose to simply not pay my rent resulting in a $ 100,00 late fee. Your on line services are useless and do not respond to requests for information. Will you be paying my late fees? Apologies to ********** **** in *******. At least they gave me a prompt reply. .

    This company started to process *******, a former HOA Living property management company. Their payment processing fee is exorbitant on a criminal level. They charge $7.95 for a credit card,. $5.95 for a debit card, and $2.95 for an e-check to process the payment. When I paid the full amount and paid the $2.95 fee for the e-check, they erroneously left a $1.65 balance in order to charge another $2.95 fee. I My HOA changed the auto draft payment options starting on Jan 1, 2023. So, even though we were paying the HOA through auto payment for the last 2 years, now we had to set up a whole new auto draft payment. In order to sign up for the auto-pay, we had to use Zego to clear up the January balance that was not auto-drafted because of their change in rules. We couldn't sign up for auto-draft unless we made this online payment and pay the processing fee. They not only charged the fee and took the payment out of the checking, but they also left this tiny balance of $1.65 to charge another $2.95 fee. This type of practice should be investigated by government agencies. Most older folks wouldn't know what to do but just pay for these fees. A $7.95 credit card processing fee is unheard of. It is criminal let alone double dipping on a $2.95 e-check fee. I will be bringing this up to my state representatives so, they can ban practices like this.

    I called Zego but they were unable to find out anything about my HOA payment. I changed my payment amount months ago but the company did not update it. I was told they do not know what the problem is on my account and there is no way for them to find out. I was assured that their system had the correct amount but they would not address that the incorrect amount is being paid. That is absurd and frustrating and I have no where to turn! Their job is to make these payments correctly. The women on the line was nice but had no information for me. I was put on hold multiple times so she could find out answers from someone else. No answers were available. If I had the option I would never deal with this company again.
