    This company is stealing money from people. I guess the trailer court I live in started using this garage company. They want to charge $28.77 for trash fees but I pay for my own trash already. They are charging $36.91 for water $35.25 for sewage when we have no water meter to determine our water usage. This has been included in rent fee's for the last 15 years. They are charging **** for admin fees just because why not. When called and questioned about these random charges customer service is rude and when they can't explain they say they can send a 5 day notice if not paid. So they immediately default to eviction from a place I have lived for 20 years. Mind you this is the first bill. They also said we will have to call you back when they can't answer basic questions they should know. I expect not to receive a call back.

    I have had nothing but problems with my management company because of these people. My building rolled out Zego in 2020 as a way to pay rent electronically during the pandemic. I am shown as owing back rent for several months, I am shown as owing a double amount, stating that I'm behind a month, and I log in this month, and my rent isn't even set to the correct number!!!!!!! The same amount I've been paying for a year, $1600, now shows up as $1296.81. And now I apparently owe $550 to my leasing office for now receiving the required rent for the past two months????? What the h*** are you people doing over there??? You're aware that everything is electronically logged, CORRECT? How inept do you have to be to run a business like this that's always fumbling numbers? Your job literally IS numbers! You have one job!!!! I'm receiving literal legal letters from my management's office saying I owe rent!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???????

    This is the worst property management company out there. They consistently raise rent with promises to better the property and never do. They fire managers that get stuff done then hire ones that do not want to be bothered with you. Then they tell you they want you to pay rent online through the most **** poor website created. Horrible customer service if you can even get the management company on the phone, Im pretty confident no one works there. This should be zero stars if possible. BBB needs to take this company out.

    AWFUL company to deal with, horrible customer service. We are up to 21 emails and 16 voicemails, still no response. I have been in property management for over 20 years and this is by far the WORST company we have ever worked with...run the other direction.

    Charged me penalty even if I was never late. Received a receipt of on time payment yet they penalized me. Reached out to our Bank for reversal of charge but LeasePay denied the same. Thins is not right and LeasePay must be rated the lowest possible and is not a good company to handle Renters account any shape or form. They are no good company to deal with such very simple matters like what they have done to us. I have all documentations to prove this.

    Zego has a horrendous website that makes finding information extremely difficult. Their fees amount to highway robbery and change very often. One month they are charging $3.95 for a bank draft, the next they are charging $19.95. Their customer service is terrible and basically amounts to, "well that's just the way it is." My daughter's apartment complex switched all utilities/etc over to Zego early this year and due to issues on THEIR end we are just now receiving bills for March, April, May, June, and July. No real information, just charges. No warning. No information about issues with their system. I honestly can't understand why any company would choose them as a payment collection provider. They are excruciatingly AWFUL! If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star!

For your specific management company, if the amount of a one-time payment is less than $100, the service fee is $3.95 for ACH payments. If the payment amount is over $100, the service fee is $19.95. We hope this helps to clear up some confusion, and we encourage you to give your property management company a call with any questions about the fee structure.In regards to the utility bills, it looks like we just started billing for this property on 4/1/22. Since we **** in arrears, it can take a couple of months to ramp up and collect all of the residents' usage details.     I spoke with customer service rep ****** and he was high off of his a** very uncommunicative he then kept telling me my confirmation number meant nothing and persisted on a transaction number which the receipt I received said a confirmation number ONLY was extremely rude and disrespectful because of the accent I have and kept saying DUDE to me as if he was implying something as disrespect. After accessing my account he then said oh ******* ******* checks out as if people in ******* are a certain way being extremely discriminating and racist . The call was placed between 4:50pm-5pm on Tuesday the 12th . This person ****** should not be answering customer service calls if he can not be respectful and keep his composure . He also should not be under the influence of marijuana while on the job which you could clearly hear in his voice. Also he had dogs barking in the background and a bunch of noise of a household going on during a business phone call. If your work remotely customer service agents can not work in a private quiet setting then they should not be qualified for this role .Get your s*** together ******

    Awful experience with this payment portal. Seems like this software was coded by a incompetent junior developer with no consideration for the customer, only predatory leasing companies. Terrible user interface, even worse customer service and exorbitant fees for every action you can imagine. I had the same experience as ************** I was charged for rent 3 times because I was unable to view or even make edits to existing payments, and was forced to pay the full balance every time. I never got any email or notification whatsoever regarding my autopay set-**** I was then charged an extra $25 NSF fee for.... having my money rightfully refunded due to insufficient fees? Also something literally insane to note Zego doesn't have the ability to automatically pay full balances for Autopay. WTF? How are you not advanced enough to have this feature? I have to manually enter a number. I've never had to do math for a company to figure out how much I have to pay. Ridiculous.** person was okay, but refused to allow our case to be escalated to a manager, and honestly did nothing for us. We also talked with another ** rep prior to cancel an auto payment since we cannot trust this portal with our money, we were told it was cancelled, and then in the next call we were told that the autopay was actually never cancelled at all. We were also charged ACH fees for each transaction, that's 6 dollars I'll never get back. I am a recent college graduate that doesn't have the best job. I was charged over 35 dollars, which is so much for someone in my situation. I am heartbroken and sobbed on the phone, and the ** rep was completely uncaring to my experience.I have been a renter for years and have never had these issues. ActiveBuilding is a much better portal and I wish I had a leasing company competent enough to not use such a primitive and horrible payment portal. I will never recommend Zego.

    Per the previous CS thread, I never received any email confirmation for the alleged auto/manual payments that were set up, nor was I offered any ability to cancel these payments through the portal. I only received notification of a "Returned Payment". I also filled out an NPS survey that indicated that I would like to speak with a manager over the phone, and Zego also did not follow through with their own promises. You have to call customer service to cancel or skip payments, and this is if you get lucky and receive a competent support rep that can actually follow through with their actions. This is also conveniently not stated anywhere in their portal, and is unusual as other competitors (such as ActiveBuilding) do offer consumer the ability to take agency of their payments by giving us the option to cancel, skip and edit payments without having to rely on incompetent CS reps. ******** it has been 5 business days (and counting), I still haven't received 1 out of 2 refunded payments as promised. I had to use my savings to prevent overdraft fees, and they have not refunded my ACH service feels as well. This company thrives on overcharging fees when possible, so much so that law firms have a whole page dedicated to class action lawsuits. If you can opt out of paying your rent with them, ensure you do so you do not deal with these fraudsters. File a class action lawsuit if you live in **********.

    HOA give this only choice to make payment. Even using e check, they charge $1.95 for $200 payment. Use e check a lot, this is the only company charging a fee.
