      I came to the Petco store, located at ******************************************************** with my kids to purchase fishes for our aquarium at around 1:15PM on Saturday, July 9th. Lady salesperson was by the aquariums absolutely ignoring us until I asked her to help. I told her we would like to purchase fishes, instead of helping us she started questioning about aquarium size , fishes we have there, a lot of absolutely unreasonable questions. I asked her multiple times to assist with the purchase, which can be for any reason, gift, personal purchase, it is absolutely none of her business where my tank is standing, what kind of fishes I have there, purchasing for myself, purchasing for a friend, she kept being in a bad mood, very rude and absolutely refusing to help, I told her I would like to buy 5 fishes, she said she wont sell more than 3, kept being rude and refusing to sell even though saw that kids started running got tired already and I had to leave. She started very loud discussing me with a fellow salesperson, absolutely rude and unacceptable. This pet store is the nearest to my house, but due to this persons behavior I will never come again to petco, all my family wont.

      I took my dog to Petco on ******* and **********. He went for a grooming. He was very healthy and perky. 3 days later,he delveloped all east 10 tp 15 leisons on his back and neck. IThe next day ,my dog was sneezing continuously ,runny nose. I thought it was an allergic reaction from the shampoo. After 10 days the **** on got worse and the sneezing. He started to hop on one of his hind leg. I took him to **********************. She said it seem to be allergic reaction maybe leading to cancer. The vet gave me antibiotic,medicated soap,ant antihistamine. She said come in 10 days. Few days pasted and I notice it got worst. He started not to east. Some of the lesion became bigger. More came out. His breathing got worse. I took him to other vet. He took notice of my dogs condition and said your dog has many issue following the story of what my dog experienced at PETCO. The vet game my dog an antibiotic shot, prednisone,pain killers and a new antibiotic. He said if it doesnt get better come back in 2 weeks. Well the medication wasnt working. My dog condition was getting worse. Bigger lesion, poor breathing, feeling weaker. His eating appetites got worse and drinking water.. after 11 days ,on July 1st I took him to ER Animal hospital on 62nd st. I told the Vet the story how after the grooming. He developed all these leison,sneezing,weak breathing, lost if appetite. I said that the 2 other vet said maybe cancer. The vet took a culture of the lesion and a blood test. She gave to me that she noticed under the scope a bacteria and some other bacteria. She believe that the bacteria came from the shampoo used at Petco called furunculosis.. a deep skin infection. She said continue with the last medication but changed the antibiotic. I went to ****** furunculosis. It stated that illness comes bacterial contaminate shampoo, unsanitary tools used, comes, razor blades infected with germs, basin used to put dog in. Petco stores should be shutdown
