I signed up for Workiz in February, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Due to some internal decisions at our company, we decided to hold off on using the system for a few months. I communicated this to the Workiz team, and initially, they seemed understanding. They said that they couldnt give us a refund but would add a credit to our account for future use. In March, we didnt receive any charges, which was a positive sign. However, in April, we were charged again, completely against the agreement we had! When I reached out for clarification, their customer support was polite and tried to help, but the sales team had a different story. They insisted they never agreed to a credit that could be used whenever we wanted. Instead, they claimed it was only for one month. This lack of clarity has been incredibly frustrating, especially since we have recorded calls that confirm our understanding of the original agreement.Despite informing them that we planned to return in mid-June or July, they refused to refund the second charge, which felt both unfair and unprofessional. Their proposed solutions only benefit them rather than address our concerns. It is evident that they care more about holding onto our money than fostering a future business relationship with our four ************ total, weve been charged $800 without using the system even once. Each interaction with their sales team has been disappointing. The sales manager I encountered was inflexible and unwilling to work with us toward a solution. Its a shame to see that, while their customer service and training teams are friendly and proactive, the sales team appears to have no genuine interest in customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience with Workiz has been terrible. The inconsistency in communication and the unwillingness to honor agreements have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would recommend potential customers to think twice before committing to their services.

We used to be a customer of ********************** (scheduling software and phone system). We had a lot of issues with the phone aspect of the platform and discontinued our services. On 12May24, I emailed workiz to unlink their online booking option from our ****** My Business Account. At the time we were their customer, it was linked to our ****** account so our customers could book appointments directly online. We never heard back from Workiz. On 24Feb25, I called Workiz. After being on hold for a long time waiting for a representative, I contacted workiz via chat the same day regarding this issue. After a much delayed response to my request, I was told my request was sent to their tech support. On 26Feb25, Workiz support emailed saying they hadn't heard from us when they hadn't even initiated an email or resolved the issue. I responded to the email letting them know the issue has not been resolved and repeated my request. They sent a second email a couple days later saying they hadn't heard from us. I responded a second time with the same request, including a screenshot that the issue had not been resolved yet. They sent a third email a couple days later again stating they had not heard from us and closed the ticket without resolving the issue. I have all the emails attached. It is pretty evident that Workiz is purposely ignoring our emails and not resolving our issue most likely because we terminated our services with them. Workiz needs to unlink/remove their online booking option from our ****** account. The support ticket number is #*****. We need this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

Complaint Against Workiz: Fraudulent Practices, Breach of Promises, and Customer Neglect I am, Oleksii Pyl from ***************, compelled to continue sharing my experience with the dishonest and fraudulent practices of Workiz. After I paid $2370 for their annual subscription with a promised 50% discount, I attempted to activate the essential phone service, which was supposed to be a core part of the system. However, Workiz demanded an additional $1,180 for a yearly phone subscription, even though their representative, ****, explicitly assured me that I could pay for it monthly.I did pay Feb 6 2025 When I realized I was misled, I contacted Workiz on February 12 2025 and requested a refund. **** confirmed that my money would be returned to my card without any issues, and a manager would follow up with ***** has been almost a month, and I have received no refund. Furthermore:My calls are being ignoredboth customer support and sales refuse to answer when I call from my ********* senior management representative has made any attempt to contact me despite my repeated efforts.Workiz has shown a complete disregard for their commitments and ethical business practices.Given their deceptive tactics and lack of accountability, I am taking action. I intend to report Workiz to law enforcement and file complaints with all relevant consumer protection agencies, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB)where they already have some of the worst reviews possible.I am also considering legal action to hold this fraudulent company accountable.

Workiz Engages in Deceptive and Possibly Illegal Business Practices Beware of Workizs predatory billing tactics. They lock customers into annual contracts without clear disclosure, hiding it in the fine print of their Terms of Service instead of transparently stating it at signup. After downsizing my business, I no longer needed their $300/month plan. When I tried to downgrade, I was suddenly told I was locked into a yearly contract, something I never knowingly agreed to. When I asked for proof of my signed agreement, they did not provide it. Instead, their **** ****** ******, told me that if I removed my payment method, they couldnt continue charging me. Later that day, they disabled my account entirely without warning.I was also misled by a Workiz *** who falsely claimed that the Lite plan doesnt include payment processing, though their website clearly states otherwise. I researched similar providers, and most offer base packages for around $50/month, a fraction of what Workiz charges. I even offered to pay for their free plan as an act of good faith, yet they still locked me out instead of downgrading me.These tactics violate multiple consumer protection laws, including:Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86.020) Prohibits deceptive business practices.FTC Act (15 U.S. Code 45) Prohibits unfair or misleading trade practices.E-SIGN Act (15 U.S. Code 7001) Requires clear electronic contract consent, which Workiz failed to provide. There are countless similar complaints online, proving this is a widespread issue. I will be ***orting Workiz to the Attorney General, the ***, and my attorney and am exploring a class-action lawsuit. If youve had a similar experience, I encourage you to ***ort them as well. Consumers deserve transparency, Workiz has failed to provide it.

We had initially signed up for Workiz in February of 2024 to stream line our business and replace another software that we were using. Within days of signing up we discovered that our book keeper had embezzled a large sum of money form our company which put us into a race to find out and fix the issues the embezzlement created. We called Workiz to explain the situation and that we needed to cancel the software as we were not going to be able to onboard a new software and manage the mess out book keeper left us with . Our sales person stated he would see what could be done at this time we could not cancel. We did not receive calls back that were promised from management. More calls were placed the situation was explained in detail again , we never used the program and never completed the onboarding process. Each time we tried to cancel we were told it would have to wait until the year was up , the situation was explained each time and we were told management would contact us, which never happened. After a year we have canceled the service and paid $4335.76 for a program that we never used. Today the service was set for cancelation and we were offered to stay with service they would see what they could do on another year of service we will not be doing any further business with this company due lack of care and understanding during a difficult time.We are a small business that works with out customers during times of difficulty and would have expected the same, but were sorely disappointed. They have informed us they will not be refunding any money for a software we did not use and were not called back by a manager when asked to cancel due to extenuating circumstances.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience for software that I don't use, it does not work well for anyone in the home automation industry with project-based systems, multiple payments throughout the build process, so on and such forth. My main issue is that it BLATANTLY shows under the billing page, down in the *** section, that members can cancel their subscription at any time when in fact you cannot do so, and when you reach out to cancel, they will tell you that you signed up for a yearly based contract, so if that's the case, remove the extremely conflicting information from your *** and ensure that anyone who is signing up for this understands that you have absolutely no option to cancel and are forced to pay extremely high fees compared to other software dev. companies. This complaint isn't targeted at any single individual, just the company and it's practices. Given the other complaints listed about Workiz, it's even MORE frustrating that I see multiple responses of 'the client has been issued a refund and their subscription has been cancelled' - I'm not even looking for reimbursement, I just want to cancel the subscription and I want to stop paying for something I'm not using due to its limitations.Massively frustrated and hung out to dry.

This problem occurred on December 11th 2024 I've used Workiz for a couple of months But then wanted to cancel. I requested a cancelation about a month ago through a button in the app which took me immediately to another page saying that someone will call me. No one ever called me and a month has passed and I have been charged again. I called them myself and the customer service representative said that he cannot help me and the only thing he can do is send A cancelation request which I have already done!I don't know if anybody would ever call me back to cancel the account or am I supposed to continue paying for nothing, And am I going to see my money back? This is crazy and horrible customer service IN the " *********** industry"

I joined workiz in November of 2023. I was told I was getting a great deal so I fell for the sales tactics.I was signed up on the standard plan with a one year commitment. Within one week of signing, the pricing for my plan dropped 50% for black friday. The sales *** said he won't help me and honour the price reduction despite being in the governments right to rescind out of an agreement. I let that ****** when I wanted to grow my business Workiz has ghosted me. *********- a manager in the company got back to me, and apologized and wanted to work things out with me and offered me the refund of 50% overpayment. The problem is that I paid in USD and was refunded 60% of my amount. I have emailed and tried to connect with ********* over the phone and he just left me with empty promises; one after the other.I am seeking a proper refund, and I am seeking a renewal of my plan if workiz wants my business. I can attach screenshots of my communication with *********.I am attaching my email communication with ********* and *** and ***** has gotten back to me. Why is it so hard for these guys to communicate with me. I am simply trying to get them to right a wrong and grow with them. This baffles me.

We signed a year contract with Workiz in March 2024. We were assured IN WRITING from their sales *** that their app had offline functionality, only to discover that this was not true, and had never been true from the time we signed up. After discovering this, we contacted them to ask if this feature could be developed, as we found other aspects of the software useful. We were told that there were no plans to develop offline functionality, at which point we requested a refund, as we had been lied to by their sales ***. *** cancellation and refund request was made and acknowledged by ***** ********** on 9/13. We were then told on 9/23 via email by *** ****** that our cancellation/refund request would be processed "shortly.' To date, after multiple emails and phone calls, our account is still active, and we have received no refund. We still have not been contacted by anyone from Workiz about this, nor have we been given a date when we can expect the cancellation to take effect. We have over 800 clients in Workiz that now need to be transferred off their platform, with no idea of when we will lose access to our data and payments. On 10/2, our credit card was charged for another month of service. This company is either totally inept, or an outright scam, or both.
