We have encountered a persistent issue with Workiz and have made several attempts to resolve it by contacting our account manager. Unfortunately, our account manager has not been responsive to our concerns despite our attempts to explain the severity of the situation. Our inability to synchronize Workiz with QuickBooks is causing significant obstacles in processing payroll. We have attempted to address this problem for several months, without any resolution. We have expressed our concerns to our account manager, yet there seems to be a lack of urgency from their end to resolve the matter. We have even requested a new account manager, but to no avail. As the situation remains unresolved, our business operations are hindered. We would appreciate prompt attention to this matter, as we value the services provided by Workiz and would like to continue our business relationship.I have lots of email proving this.

The customer has been returned their disputed funds through a bank dispute already, and we have since agreed to cancel their account. No further action is needed to resolve the dispute

I signed up for workiz in June of 2023. Everything seemed fine when I signed up with J** of the company, he talked to his manager and director and were nice enough to give me a reasonable deal split into quarterly payments, about **** x4 usd and Im in ****** so over 5k for the year. First issue my ******** number is marked as spam and rules in the states dont work with our telecom rules. So should be easy give customer money back for phone and let him port the number out. 2.5 months of back and forth and hundreds of thousands in jobs lost cause of a number marked by twillio as spam. It was verified by ***** in ******. ***** almost had to charge me to pull my number from these workiz. Anyways they were nice enough to credit it. Number was delayed by 2 weeks to the promised date by *****. I paid for implementation which I lost 2 weeks for on my team. Did workiz care no. The were trying to get me the refund of half or a full year. I just got my refund last week of 588 usd. They keep taking my money. I have complains from customers about not being able to open job, invoice, estimate links at all. There pay system is restarted, again being in ****** different rules which they dont even care to find out about. I had to tell them lol. Recently Im a GC and am part of a major designer in ****** who gives me some really nice jobs. The estimates changed the price on the client and they almost didnt go ahead with the job. 5k may not sound like a lot but it is on a ****** job. The client could t even see the estimate properly. I filed a complain with Mastercard and they are looking into it. Now Im on here. This is highway murder 5k a year to loose probably over ****** dollars of work with them

We are a locksmith company using Workiz as a program for reporting jobs coming in and out in addition to charging credit cards and payment plans. We realized that the credit card payments that were processed were never payed out. Usually a standard payout takes 3-5 business days and an instant payout takes 30 mins. we are enrolled in instant payout and have not received funds since nov 28th. There is 16k on hold. We reached out to Workiz where it took them over 24 hours to respond with what needs to be submitted. they requested a voided check to verify that the account number on file is associated with our business account. Let alone we've been using Workiz for over a year and now they need this information, and they never notified us about anything. I went into the Workiz pay and realized that the payments have not been paid out at all and they had zero knowledge about it nor notified us that verification was necessary. It has been 3 days already and I'm getting the run around. This money on hold belongs to our company and needs to be paid out immediately. In addition I was told that Workiz uses stripe as their credit card processor and when I tried to reach out to them directly they told me that there is no one who can assist me and I would have to go online and submit a support ticket.

    Hi *****************************,

Thank you for raising this issue to our attention.

Firstly, we want to state that the issue you reported has since been resolved. Your payout was released and the funds are already accessible in your linked ***** Fargo business bank account. Since Dec 8, 2023, you have received several additional payouts in the time frame to which you have been accustomed using our system. You can see the payout history in the WorkizPay tab in our platform.

We understand your frustration in the longer than average payout time that occurred last week, and we want to explain what had happened. We partner with a tier 1 payment processing technology company. From time to time, our partner audits accounts, and if they find any inconsistency, they need to address it before continuing to payout money to customers. In a recent review, our partner noticed that the bank account that you connected to us did not match the company name in our systems. For regulatory reasons and for your own protection, they needed to confirm the details and correct the inconsistency. As you can imagine, if the mismatch was not just a simple mistake, you could have been exposed to thousands of dollars in losses. Although the risk was low given how long you have been using our service, our partner was correct to take a cautious approach and freeze payouts temporarily until the problem was resolved. We hope you can understand why that course of action was warranted despite the inconvenience you experienced.

We want to reiterate that the Workiz support and customer success teams are available for you to address any concerns you have now or in the future. We hope there is no need to raise issues to the BBB or other third parties if you need assistance in the future.

    Warm regards,
    The Workiz Team

Thank you for responding. The problem was resolved after several run arounds. In addition, no one notified me about this issue so if I wouldnt have reached out the payouts would have never been payed out. The company has been verified prior to working with workiz pay. We have submitted license info, ID ect. There was no reason to freeze any account especially without notifying the customer!

once again thank you for resolving the issue.please take this into consideration for future customers!

I am extremely frustrated with the recent changes to the pricing and automation options on this platform. I was on the team plan for $199/mo plus $60 for automations, but now the team plan costs $299 with limited automations, and I was given no notice or grandfathered in. My previous bill was already confusing, as I was charged $323.67 instead of the expected $263.37, and customer service has been unhelpful. When I called in, I was informed that no managers are available until 11 AM local time and that it would take 72 hours to speak with an account manager specialist. I have also been waiting for five hours for a response on ********* despite being told that they typically respond within 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I've been on hold for much longer than I would like. It's clear that this platform doesn't care about their customers at all and is only interested in taking our money. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly research and consider all aspects of this platform before committing to it. While it may have a lot to offer, their lack of concern for customers is unacceptable.

they lied about how the subscription would work. They charged me 780 for something I did not use which was ok. But then after canceling they charged me for another year 780.... its fraud and theft. What reputable company doesn't provide a refund in 2022 if the charge was just made on the card that day. Scam.... I know if iI didn't do a chargeback that next year I would be charged again lol another 780 for the worst invoicing software I ever used.. They don't have a clear way to cancel this and will keep charging you awful experience.
