    Applied to a freelancing position. Went through the entire interviewing process, which included video interviews and writing a story as a sample, only to be hired and for the company to completely ghost me. Recommend customers and potential writers alike steer clear of this shady, unethical company that will not hesitate to string you along and completely waste your time.

    Like the other reviews I was unknowingly enrolled in a forced subscription for $97 after ordering a few books.Shady as f*** business practices. I will never order from this company again.

    They stole over $100 from me. I bought a book once a year ago. Then yesterday they charged me over $100 due to something like a subscription I never even knew I signed up for and never would've agreed to. I didn't even get anything out of it and they won't give me my money back!

    **********************This company Is a complete scam!!!Noticed on my bank account 10/1/23 that my credit card had been charged $97.00 for an annual membership that I never signed up for! Being a business owner myself It is unbelievable to me that this type of undermining practice is taking place with this company!Word of mouth is a businesses lifeline and it is obvious that this company doesn't understand that by these sneaky practices!

    This company charged my credit card for books that I didn't order 10/25/23. The charges were declined by ***** however we had to cancel our credit card. When I go to my account i find that I was charged ****** on 10/20/22 for an "Annual Membership", Never signed up for this membership and I find no email alerting me that I had a membership. Also was charged $59.40 on 9/30/22 for a "Free 30 Day Trial of PDIC Digital Library, another bogus charge of something I did not order or request. You can go to their Web Site and there isn't a single book that is available, they are all "Sold Out" -- evey single book. I have ordered books from this company only once, and they take your personal info and payment info and create ridiculous charges. What a freaking SCAM!!!

    You tried to charge my credit card ****** it was flaged suspicious and declined thank God You're company's business practices are very sneaky. I will publicly let everyone that I possibly can know how you operate. The BBB has numerous complaints about Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream and I will be adding one more to that list. People try to buy kids books not get ripped off a year later due to your underhanded charges. SHAMELESS!!!!!!!!!

    Worst, thieving company EVER!!! I bought a book for my grandson and added me to a bogus virtual library without telling me. They stole $103.16 in September, 2022. I caught the next attempt at robbing me for another $103.16 on October 2, 2023. They refunded the October charge but told me to pound sand for the theft in September. Run from these horrible, thieving people. They are not an honorable people and seek only your money. They should not be allowed to conduct business in this way.

We reviewed our "Email software" and saw that we sent you an order confirmation email along with the subscription trial details and login instructions and another confirmation when the trial was charged.Please note the issue here is that we cannot refund anything that has passed 180 days as a technical limitation from our bank. The refund was never denied and we were requesting some time to arrange for an alternative method for the refund to be processed.We do see that our support team has already contacted you and an alternate refund arrangement has already been initiated.Hope this clarifies the situation.     I just fraudulent charges from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream on my credit card for over $90. I have only ordered from is company once and in July 2023 more than 6 months after this transaction, I have fraudulent charges. This is so maddening because I had to cancel my credit card.

    I was surprised to see a lot of complaints about unwanted charges, especially regarding the online digital subscription. I did sign up for the digital subscription. I thought the charge and the opportunity to sign up were very clear. Unfortunately, I only used the online digital subscription one, but that's on me. I have found all the books I've purchased very appropriate and helpful for my special ed ********** My students lack social skills and the books are helpful for teaching social skills. Prices are a bit high, but it's a young company finding its way so I don't mind paying,
