While not the cheapest or most expensive, ADR won ** over with ****** evident expertise and years of experience, offering sensible and creative ideas.****** warm and fun personality played a significant role in our decision. Having May, his assistant, provide a womans perspective was an added bonus. From the start, it was crucial for us to choose a reputable, licensed, bonded, and insured company that would stick to the budget.During the process, unexpected issues with outdated plumbing and electrical emerged, including a hidden leak under the house. ADR not only addressed these problems but also ensured the safety of our family, going above and beyond our expectations.What sets ADR apart is their commitment to excellence. ***** and his team, consistently going above & beyond, demonstrated genuine concern, even texting about my wifes surgery during the remodel. The entire crew was not only respectful but also maintained a clean workspace.****** dedication extended to helping us choose materials, despite his busy schedule.
