****** ******/****** *****, a married couple, purchased our first RV, a new 2024 Entegra Odyssey RV, at La Mesa RV on Oct. 31, 2024. Before final documents were signed, we were, without prior notification, encouraged to sign a 3-part service agreement for 5 years for $20,000 before financing could be finalized. On later research, we discovered that most service contracts are significantly less. The contract provided for cancellation within 30 days. ****** called ************************ Nov. 15; they stated the contract must be cancelled by the dealership. On Monday, Nov. 18, left phone messages with La Mesa RV, with no response. We went ******* that evening; ***** stated to contact ***** ******, the warranty specialist, who was gone for the day. Message and email sent to ***** Nov. 19 (see attached email and cancellation form files). We went to ******* on Nov. 21 and signed and finalized all paperwork with *****. ***** stated a check would be sent to ******** in 2-3 weeks. We have had several ongoing e-mails to *****, with responses of "another 2-3 weeks"; last response stated the check would be sent to the bank the week of Jan. 6. No check and no settlement. We are 8 weeks into this process with multiple assurances the check would be sent. We have been paying interest on the $20K since Nov. 1. This is not the actions of an honest or reputable business.

I purchased a brand new class B from La Mesa RV on 12/14/24. I got it home, but then found the outlets inside the rig do not work. I also found that after a day of sitting the vehicle will not start. Dodge roadside assistance had a tow truck take the vehicle to a ************* center to be diagnosed. Per Dodge, the vehicle had an after market battery installed which is too small for this vehicle. This aftermarket part also nullifies the warranty. La Mesa is refusing to help me and I cannot pay to have my vehicle repaired. It is ******** responsibility because they sold me a brand new vehicle with incorrect parts.

November *****, 2024. Purchased ** from ****** in *******. Vent covers were installed incorrectly and drilled into the roof. Since I'm from out of state I had to take the ** to an rv repair shop to have the vent covers installed correctly and repair the roof to avoid further damage while continuing my drive back to **. I contacted La Mesa with pictures and the repair bill for $165.00 I was told I woul be reimbursed immediately. Over a month later and having contacted them twice, I have still not been reimbursed. All I'm asking is for the $165.00 reimbursement for having to pay to repair their shoddy work.

In July my wife and I purchased a 2023 motorhome from La Mesa RV, ***********. Yes it was pre owned. Upon inspection we found a few items that the dealer agreed they would fix. The microwave, the slide topper. Although we walked through the unit upon taking possession we didnt get the opportunity to drive it prior. Once I drove it the front steering and suspension felt worn and the inner tire was worn. We also found soft spots in the floor and some other cosmetic issues, like the TV mount that had been repaired by dealer that had to be removed or it would break out a window. So I installed the right one. After all the items I have found and attempted to address with the dealer they told me it is a used unit and would not do anything for me. Most of the issues I have discovered are safety point inspection items proving that the dealer it selling unsafe units to customers. The dealer did have the unit front end alignment done and the report is a worn out drag link with no repair. The dealer took 4 months to replace the slide topper claiming the parts were on back order, but when they installed it on 12/06/2024 they gave the camper back to me with damage to the panels were they installed the topper. I address this with the service manager who told me I would have to file it with my insurance even though it happened in their shop. With all the problems I have found along with my time this camper is not worth the price we paid for it. I do have the purchase agreement and the recipes for all work performed.

In August 2024, this customer spoke with the corporate team about his concerns. The ************************ has since been able to work with this customer and has covered some services, such as work done at ****, out of goodwill. Unfortunately, there is no return policy applicable where the customer could return his coach. We are happy to continue working with the customer at our *********** location should he have additional concerns.

I currently have a open complaint against ****** RV.This is an additional complaint, that ive been waiting on call back from service center. After driving off the sales lot on september 17th, 2 hours into our drive back home, the sliding doors panel fell off. We immediately called the the dealer, they told us to return next day, drive from ************** to ****************We did, we were told the all of the glue used in the Thors was defective. The service center drilled screws to hold it in and told us its a temporary fix, and they would call us back in a week for replacement. Two weeks after purchase the black water tank bracket fell off as we turned right on a city street. Its now November 21st and were still with a bunk door on a 2024 van. Also, we've started a long list of defective items on the van, its falling apart, we need service asap. No calls to us

We bought a new **, 2024 **** Quantum- KW29, September 29. We took it home and thoroughly went through the rv and found a total of ********************************** Mesa the day after we bought it.we left several messages for ******. We made several attempts to contact them and we never received one phone call back. We took the ** Back into ******* and demanded assistance and our money back. We spoke with ****** and he promised a call. That never happen. We showed up with the ** the first week of October and demanded them to take the ** and we wanted our money back. We put down $11,500. They said we signed and its too late. *****, in service, wrote up a work order with all the issues and we left it there. ***** called October 7 and said they had stated repairs but we had to pick it up due to the hurricane and stated they would not be responsible for the **. We picked it up October 8th and brought it home. We went over the rv to see what was fixed and the repairs. The repairs were done improperly. Some things they said that were fixed werent repaired. W again continued to express we wanted our money back. This is a brand new unit with so many issues. There is a water leak and damage in the bathrom, the bathroom wall and bedroom. We have already been in contact with the manufacture. ******** had the rv for a year. It was never serviced or maintained in the year it was there. All tires were 20 pounds less than what they should be. We were promised it would be cleaned and that never happen. We have never received a call from any management of ******* to date. The ** was picked up by La Mesa October 30th. At this point we were in contact with ****** ***** from ******** and **** with ****. **** has now picked the unit up as of November 12. We have expressed to *** and ****, we will not be taking the unit back. The have driven the unit to ******* and want to fix it and bring it back. We will not except this and have started the process and will be filling lemon law.

Hi there! Thanks for this feedback. La Mesa is aware of this customer's situation, has spoken with this customer's attorney, and has explained to this customer already how the process works for design or manufacturing issues. Specifically, the customer will need to work with the coach's manufacturer--Thor--as the customer signed documentation at the time of sale disclosing that the sole remedy for design or manufacturing concerns is through the manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to assist with any warranty repairs. This customer's coach is currently being worked on at ***************************

I do not accept this repose, as the seller of this unit they are responsible as well. They did not look this unit over at all before selling it to us. When we brought the ** back for repairs, it was either not done or done horribly and unprofessionally. One of the main issues is a supposedly water leak or they said a window that was left open due to their own negligence so they are again responsible as well. Not to mention their customer service was horrible once we signed the paperwork, says a lot about *******. We never received a call from ****** *********, at all, who is the general manager of *******. We should not have had to contact an attorney and I'm tired of being disregarded. Also, we had two vacations ruined and a lot of money spent that we can't get back. ****** which is an Assistant manager stated he would compensate us for some of our troubles and he has not done so nor called us like he said he would. This is unacceptable of a business to act in this manner and to continue to disregard us. We are customers who work hard and paid a lot of money for this ** and we haven't been able to enjoy this ** at all. By the way, there are multiple negative reviews on ****** basically with similar stories.

I bought a Ram Promaster ** from La Mesa RV in **********, ** in 2022. I have had continued electrical problems. I have had the ** in their Service Center for 6 weeks and all they can tell me is it is the battery and they are having trouble getting one. I inquired with the battery company, ******, and was told that they are having a "quality control problem, and have no batteries available." I told ****** and they said they knew nothing about it. So I got them to call and they said yes you are right. One service person, ****, said they would get me a different one but my warranty did not cover it so they would have to contact the warranty company. I heard nothing for several days. I called him and asked him what was going on. He told me they were sending a new battery and it would be here early next week. That was a week ago so I called and was told they "have no answer for me." I spoke to the manager of the service center and he said I definitely have a legal issue but there has been no one to call or speak to. I have called numerous LaMesa Phone #'s and only get an answering machine and when I leave a message no one calls back..

I purchased a new 2024 ****** ****** ** on 6/12/24. I was promised and have in writing that this ** would be repaired, as it was delivered to me extremely damaged. After having the ** sit in service for well over a month, the service that I have paid for has still not been completed, including the interior eckbond coating. On top of that, repairs were not completed in a satisfactory way.I have reached out to this dealership and have yet to receive a response after several emails and several months have gone by. I am requesting these repairs to be done correctly, as well as the service that I have paid for and did not receive. Otherwise, I would like to be compensated for these damages, so that I may take this to a service/repair center that will do this job correctly.
