I keep getting harassing phone calls from this organization despite requesting to be on the do not call list. They said they couldn't help me so I hung up, but I keep getting calls from them regardless. I called the number back, got transferred to someone who said I was on the list and I would stop receiving these calls. I have also been hung up multiple times for requesting to be on the do not call list. They call several times a day. Unsolicited repeated communication is harassment. I called them from ************** website thinking they were associated with ******, but they are some third party organization. They have been harassing me for 2 weeks now from various spoofed numbers. They called me under the name FirstQuote Health, but apparently the name of the organization is in fact NextGenLeads. 04/08/25 Contacted them thinking it was the ******** website, their link was very misleading and I got a ton of spam calls immediately after I put my phone number in. I regret giving them any of my information and absolutely want any and all information erased from their database. I legitimately am so scared about my identity getting stolen. I was doing research during my open enrollment with my employer and clicked on their ad. HUGE MISTAKE!! This company has called me 128 times in 3 days. That is not a typo. 128 phone calls in 3 days. I have asked them repeatedly to delete my phone number from their database at which point they hang up and call back within seconds. One representative actually cursed me out and stated she was going to keep calling just to annoy me. I dont understand how this allowed or why this company is still in business. This is the pure definition of predatory and harassment behavior!I have already filed a complaint with the ***. And I am looking into filing an actual lawsuit against this company as this breaks all kinds of laws. I have told them verbally and emailed them to terminate any and all contact with me and they continue to call 20+ times a day. That is against the law!Business Response

I was online and read there ad. I was curious so I filled out some information. Nothing major just name,age,and phone number. Now they won't stop calling. it's been going on for two days. 15 plus calls a day. This is a spam company. I was trying to get a quote for health care and ever since I put in only my phone number and email, Im not kidding Ive had about 200 calls since YESTERDAY. On February 3rd, 2025 I went to *********************************************************** to look for a potential quote on health insurance - not knowing it was a lead generation website for scammers. I entered in my name, phone number, email, and address to receive a quote. I never received a quote. Instead, I have been getting over dozens of calls an hour and they're all spam or AI-generated. I also got a few texts from people claiming to be insurance agents or brokers, but they aren't. I need these calls to stop.Business Response

Since January 10, 2025 till now January 13, 2025 Georgia health coverage under nextgen leads LLC has continued to harass me via phone calls every 30 minutes to an hour even after I requested to opt out and to remove my information from there records. I also stated I do not consent to anyone using my information. On 1/10/25 **************** on from ******************** ******************************************* said I have opted out and if anyone contacts me to asked to be removed from the call list. But soon after I kept being harassed by different numbers from this company. When I ask to be removed from the call list, they hang up on me. Then some time later they harass me again. I screen the call and they hang up. They call again, I ask to be removed from the call list. They hang up. This continues on and on. I emailed customer service back and no reply on 1/11/25. I am tired of being harassed. I want my information to be removed from the call list and there records.
