I have been harassed by numerous callers from this organization calling me after I inquired about health insurance on a website. I have answered several of these calls and spoke to several different people asking them to stop calling and to put me on a do not call list. But the calls keep coming from all different numbers each time, different area codes etc. Im considering calling law enforcement and submitting a harassment report if these calls dont stop. It is that bad and unsettling.

My job was eliminated on November 30th. I also lost my health insurance. Initially, I was very happy. Everyone I talked with seemed helpful and friendly. I was told that I could get coverage through a PPO for $238.86 a month. I was also told that there was a 1-time processing fee of $155 for a total of $458.86. They kept trying to send me a text and am email, but claimed it was because they were super busy due to open enrollment. I never received any emails or an enrollment packet. I called again and was told the packet was sent our Nov 26th. Over a week later, still nothing. I was given a name and Extention to call. I even asked for him by name an Extention. This company is a scam! They will take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return. Buyer Beware!

Hi ****, thank you for reaching out, and Im sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, NextGen Leads is a marketing company that operates an online marketplace for health insurance leads. We dont sell insurance or provide counseling on plans ourselves. *** contacted the agent or company that received your information when you submitted a quote online and asked them to address your concern. They assured me theyll review your request and take care of it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope the insurance company you signed up with resolves the issue promptly.

My review if I wrote it out would be exactly the same as everyone else's on this page. Unscrupulous rip off artists that once they do get your info, share it with everyone else instantaneously. I've had 60 calls within less than 24 hrs, all from spoofed legit numbers. Nor are these calls during "business hours". I got some up till 10:30 pm!

I just want these nonstop, unwanted calls to stoptheyre incredibly frustrating. I never requested information from anyone! Theyre so aggressive, calling every few minutes. As others have pointed out, their approach feels harassing and pushy; they just keep calling endlessly. Theyre relentless.

I just want the constant and undesired calls to stop, seriously is annoying, I just was not well informed about seeking for healthcare and was curious about it. As others already said, their practices are really predatory and once you realized that preparing your quote does not seems legit at all its too late as they wont stop harassing you and Oh God, they are really good at it.

If you like being bombarded with spam calls and texts despite numerous, forceful attempts to have this company and its callous, relentless **** cease harassing you, you're in luck, because this is the company for you! Preying on people who are just in need of legitimate health care is scummy and unscrupulous at best, and the fact that it was not clear whatsoever that this unwanted and undeserved treatment would be the result of a simple search for a health care quote in my state is incredibly amoral and should be illegal.

The top of the website clearly states that this is not a government website it is privately owned. I wish I saw that the first time. Since filling out the questionnaire to try and find government help for my family at 10 am 9/12, I have received over 150 calls from private insurance companies trying to sell me insurance. My data has been shared with an unimaginable number of companies, I am forced to changed my phone number causing serious disruption across all aspects of my life. They should not be allowed to advertise as ************** healthcare. They should not be allowed to share my information. The fine print was not clear enough. The entire experience was misleading, unhelpful, and negatively impacted my life.

A member of my family had the same experience as the others below. You search for healthcare, one of their ads pops up, and since ****** does a very bad job of separating ads from legitimate search results, you click it and come to a legitimate-looking .org website. By the time you see the "preparing quote" popup and realize "maybe this site isn't legit," it's too late. They have your phone number. And boy do they use it. ***** calls per hour from different phone numbers, all day long. I answered the phone myself to try to get them to delete my family member's phone number. I asked to talk to a supervisor, the guy on the phone says, "I am the supervisor" and that there's no one at the company above him. You make one mistake, let your guard down for one second, and scammers like this are all over you, making your life miserable. This is a despicable, unconscionable, heartless company that has me so anxious and angry every time the phone rings that I am, ironically, going to end up in the hospital. We have to do something. Will a class action lawsuit end these predatory practices?

Abrasive, Abusive, Racist, and Extremely Disrespectful. Selling health insurance plans in a forceful and demeaning way. There is no value for human life in their tone and technique. They are snot-nosed thugs with no life experience, privileged wastes of placenta, which their mothers should have swallowed. Horrible Closing techniques, total "Bro Culture," and No female insurance agents. Given the lack of respect for women over the phone, accompanied by an acutely perverse and gang-like social culture, they are more than likely to be the type of workplaces where women are, convinced, coerced, drugged, raped, recorded/filmed without their knowledge, posted about on social media, and sexually harassed daily. This company needs to have its license revoked and be closed down. In this current social climate, they are practicing predatory selling tactics and psychopathic interpersonal behaviors. They practice cronyism by hiring men with similar values and caustic behavior ages 19 - 40. Calls are disconnected, and there is laughter and sharing of information between the representatives that is NOT germane to the call. The behavior is top-down on the customer support side. Front-line supervisors and managers are all complicit in the cowboy takedown culture and sales techniques. The callousness is with impunity and very unacceptable. Healthcare is about empathy and support, not abuse. FirstQuoteHealth is a Menace to Society and needs to be scrubbed from the top down or eradicated from the Healthcare Services Landscape.
