Agree with everyone else. Fake loading bars to psychologically make you feel that it is finding records as well as being invested in the process by wasting so much of your time. Then they want a crazy fee to actually unlock the record.

This is a fake company and they are currently violating the **** as well as other privacy protection laws in *****************. They have no address listed and have a broken removal request email address on their Remove My Info page which is a legal requirement. I am contacting regulatory bodies now but just thought more people should know as well. Also, funny thing is they have a picture of their "team" on their About Us page, and if you reverse lookup that image, that image is used all over the place so, yeah they're fake.Intelius.com

No stars. They lie! They false advertize. They advertise why waste your money on phone look up just enter number and search for free. You click on it fill out number and ask a couple question than some cute search items and than says search complete click her to find out info. And that brings you to a page on what kind of plan you want with how much it cost. No area for that advertized free look up. They should be ordered to stop immediatily stop with the bait and switch method of luring people in and wasting their time! It took me about 10 mins and when i was working i made $45 a hour so maybe they should give $8 bucks for my time!! At least fine them $500,000.00 Thats the only way these companies will stop doing this. Hit them in the bottomline!! Their wallets!Intelius.com

Scam fraudulent billing practices. They billed me 22 days for a recurring monthly subscription. I canceled and received a refund. I signed up again a few months later. This time they billed me 25 days for a monthy subscription. I called and canceled but they would not issue a refund.Scam fraud.Intelius.com

I would give 0 stars,I used intelius to look up a report , I authorized a membership charge, tried to look at the report and was charged another 0.95, didn't even get the right report. I cancel my membership 10 minutes later thinking that would get my refund, no money came back into my account. Called a couple of weeks later demanding a refund. I received the 0.95 cent back but was told that I was outside of the time window to get the 3.95 membership back. DO NOT USE INTERLIUS.Intelius.com

So, don't use this company. Seriously. I'm one of the many people here who regret not checking here first, but probably the worst offense.ive seen from them, is every single review reply is copy pasted.Example, someone posted that they don't have an account but keep letting charged every few days, and intelius replied stating just that, there is no account with their information on file.That, is not a resolution. That's all but an admission of fraud since they continue to charge them.But on myself, I've not had their service. I signed up for the 1 week trial, to be surprised with a charge for $38.39 within the same week. I've sent in support ticket and emails requesting a refund, and seeing that I'm not willing to do business with this company in the future, should they refuse a refund Ill issue a charge ack using proof of account cancellation, proof of the account being made and charged the trial amount, and the proof of them attempting to charge full membership earlier than the agreed upon time. Which, for clarification, is not an authorized charge.Intelius.com

I used my cc on intelligence for a free trial and canceled within my free trial but charged. I called them when I found out that my bank said I was charged, called intelligence, but they will not refund my money. *** on the phone at intelligence first she said she could give me refund then changed her story. Poor customer service and misrepresentation. This company should be investigated for false promises and fraudulent activity towards unsuspecting public.Intelius.com
