    I've had my information removed several times but my information still shows up on other sites search results as sponsored/paid results. When you click my name the listing doesn't exist but the search result on sites like peekyou still shows, meaning truthfinder never deleted all of my information from the website and is still publishing some information about me on various places.

    The information provided through TruthFinder originates from publicly available sources, including government databases and commercial data providers. While we do not remove individual records from reports, we are able to suppress an entire background report from appearing on our website.

    Based on the details in Ms. ***** complaint, we located the report and have processed its suppression in accordance with our Terms of Use. This action will also apply across other PeopleConnect-owned people search websites, including ************, ********************, and ************.

    We recommend clearing the cache on the device used for the search to help ensure outdated links are no longer displayed. If any listing still appears after 2448 hours, Ms. **** may send our team a screenshot and the full URL of the listing in question so we can investigate further.

    This is a scam website that wastes at least a half hour to an hour of your time before telling you "oh, you have to pay a fortune to actually get the information". The information they're gathering is from public sources and takes them maybe a minute or two to actually get, so I don't understand why they make you waste so much time - I guess to make you think they're doing something extraordinary? They need to be put out of business!

    Today, May 3, 2025, I purchased a one month subscription to Truthfinder as I was trying to locate an old friend. When I went to ******, I found that TruthFinder made my payment of $28.33 a recurrent monthly payment for "eternity." I called Truthfinder and got a robo recording that allowed me to cancel. I expected to be able to use the service for one month...instead, I am locked out.The name of the service should be Untruthfinder. I want my $28.33 refunded to ******. This company is scamming people!

    Truth finder has inaccurate information of me online. I would like for it to be removed.

    I am filing this complaint against TruthFinder due to their failure to honor a suppression request regarding my personal information.I submitted a request through the appropriate channels to have my personal information suppressed from their website. I also followed up with emails to their support team to ensure the request was being processed. Despite my efforts, and despite their acknowledgment of the request, my information has not been removed or suppressed from public view.This lack of follow-through is not only frustrating but also concerning from a privacy standpoint. I believe I have taken all reasonable steps to address the issue directly with TruthFinder, but to date, there has been no meaningful resolution.I am requesting that TruthFinder fully remove or suppress my personal information from their website and confirm in writing that this has been done.

    This issue start April 3rd. It involves other businesses that work together in order to steal money and does bait and switch. I went to Radaris to get a person's information. When I was sent to Truthfinder and paid there feet and was unable to get the report as they claimed they didn't have it. Then I told them about radaris sending me I was then told they no longer associated with them. I've tried to cancel and told them they was a scammer. 4 OTHER PEOPLE DID THE EXACT SAMETHING I DID AND WAS DONE THE EXACT SAME WAY ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT PROFILES. TRUTHFINDER IS STILL trying to collect *****april 9th,April *****th & the 18th. After I canceled. THEN to be told they don't guarantee there service that they can't control what is seen and unseen. I paid for a service they showed me they had then it doesn't show unless you pay more to try another part of the service that's to be included already. You can pay even more for them to investigate what they showed you and disabled the report.
