    I have never given consent or agreed to any of my information ever being allowed on these sites. I went to search my name on truthfinder.com and it provided the correct names of some relatives but when my report was being processed it provided false information. It concluded that I was bankrupt, which has never happened, that I was on the Government watch list, which I have no recollection of ever being notified, and that I have tickets and a criminal history as a possible suspect, which is not true whatsoever. Plus it has about 5 different states of my residency which I have never lived. Like I'm a suspect on the run. Remove all of my private information/ report from all of your sites of truthfinder and people search or any others immediately as I have now realized that I have had a dark pressure of false claims upon me because of this criminal activity of scammers retaining information of me and possibly others and making defamation reports about the characters of me and many people who might not even be aware of what's being reported against them. This website is inaccurate and should not be charging consumers. Think of all the lives you have wrongfully denied with your dumb reports. A total waste of what could be valuable and real information that should not be falsely advertised to the public. I do not wish to correct anything. I want my name and information and the report permanently removed immediately with no questions asked. I neither wish to know anything of how you operate your online services to the public, nor do I need any apology for these suspicious crimes committed. Your company should be at fault for slandering innocent people. These reports have caused horrible labels on individuals and a misrepresented reputation upon Me and all else who shall come forth. In other words, the practice of your company should be rendered illegal.

    I have tried on multiple occasions to have my personal information removed from this website. Not only do they intentionally create a difficult process by which to opt out, their privacy team continues to refuse to remove my personal information, despite my literally providing them with the *** to my record. Information sections intentionally use baiting verbiage to entice users to believe there are damaging records for individuals. This is such a slimy strategy to drive business at the expense of individuals that never want to participate in this kind of filthy industry. This is a cheap tabloid using real individuals information and sites like this should be illegal.

    When I search my name on ******* my real telephone number appears as the heading for the site. The cover picture associated has email and phone numbers associated with past and current information associated with sensitive account information. I have received messages from ********* about fraudulent login activity on my accounts, which include work and school accounts which require multifactor authentication.

    ************.com seems to have a ton of misinformation. Ran a report on several individuals for checking to do with lawsuit. Whens things werent adding up since I purchased the unlimited one I decided to run myself. Not only did it come up with email addresses that didnt exist it never found the only email I use that does exist. I want all of my personal info removed effective immediately that I gave no permission of rthis site to have and I want all fraudulent emails removed that day they are attached to my being online or otherwise as almost 90% of the information is wrong

    Truthfinder has charged two separate checking accounts per month for the same account. There is only one account, same services. When I tried to delete payment, an old Mastercard is only on file from 2020 to delete as an option. This card is inactive and nonexistent. I could not delete or obtain information on my checking accounts to delete the information. I have snapshots from checking accounts with charges I can share in addition to the old Mastercard information I received on truthfinder ( please provide me contact information to do so).This is absolutely fraudulent and dont want this reflective on my credit . Can you please assist and diligently address this? I expect to be reimbursed for the double charges per month from this account, delete all my information so I dont accrue any additional charges and to ensure that this fraudulent acts will not happen to others.     After a thorough investigation, we located an additional account under the email address, ************************** We have cancelled all memberships and refunded *************************** accounts back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.

    I just realized that I have been getting charged ***** per month since April 2022, for a total of 206.00$ I never signed up for anything and did not authorize this money to be taken from my account, I need them to stop charging me, and, return my money.

    I subscribed to this Truthfinder. To use it to 
    Work on my genealogy..I did have a very large family.
    I HAVE LOOKED UP HUNDREDS OF MY FAMILIES DIFFERENT NAMES, .I DO THIS AS A HOBBY .TO KEEP MY SELF AND BRAIN ACTIVE...IN MY Old age.
    TRUTHFINER DEDUCTS PAYMENT FROM MY DEBIT CARD..
    I noticed , an alert that my account didn't 
    Deduct my payment, saying my account 
    Didn't have enought money in it.
    SO I CHECKED WITH MY BANK, 
    THEY SAID SO CHECK WITH TRUTHFI DER TO SEE IF THEIR TAKING MY PAYMENT COULD THEY TAKE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT. ON THE 27TH OF EACH MONTH..MY SOCIAL SECURITY DEPOSIT DAY.
    WHEN CONTACTING truthfinder. I  I DPOKE WITH A MALE TRYING TO ECPLSIN THIS. HE SAID ..NO THEY COULDNT DO IT ..

    My account has always been paid .never delinquent. 
    Ok Then he wanted to know what kind of a business I was running , I thought  he was  being funny, Kiddingly..I replied Monkey business.He says well I see you researched over 500.   .I explained  I am 80 I use this site as a hobby researching long last family members their families , their children. Etc.

    They have where I live now and the name of my parents correct. Everything else is just garbage. They've added locations I've supposedly lived (I have not). Only use one of my surnames at a time (what?). There's auto claims I've never made, some police activity (no accidents here and nothing with the fuzz). They fail at getting most information correct.

    On Wednesday, October 26 around 10:30 PM I signed up for Truthfinders $7.99 plan for 1 month of unlimited reports. On Sunday October 30th I checked my PayPal Account and found a charge of $***** for a renewal charge. Considering I only had my account for less than four days and was told that $7.99 was supposed to be the charge I dont understand why they deducted another ***** for a renewal. I would like my $7.99 plus the $***** refunded as they did not follow the terms of the agreement.This company is fraudulent reports on its system which are inaccurate And Im not sure how they stay in business.I would never use this company again or recommended to anyone. I also read the customer reviews on this company and several people have experienced the same issue that I have.

Later that day, ********************* called and we refunded her account in full, the requested amount of $28.05 back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.
