    The coach assigned to me was a predator. I have no idea what to do. The coach is named ***********************. He hurt me badly. Crossed lines. Destroyed me. I tried to contact the company for 18 mo. Finally I sent evidence to HR ********************* & suddenly they lawyered up. Havent heard from them since. I know im not the only one! #metoo. Pls let me know if anything happened to you. Best to all ***********************

    **** Robbins customer service is AWFUL!! They will not return phone calls or emails regarding refunds. I emailed and called about 20 times per day for 2 weeks until I reached a live person. I only got through to a person bc I acted like I was interested in signing up for a program. They will NOT refund your money at all but will honor the credit to another program. Such BS. You want to know why **** Robbins is rich?Because he rips people off by finding a million ways to avoid refunding your money. Do NOT sign up for any of his trainings.

    When you make contact, The first call is to vet you. This is to make you feel special and set them apart as exclusive. This is deceitful. They very much are not. The second call is with a closer. Someone to pressure you into investing 4 or 5k into this program and make you feel like you arent committed enough if you dont assuming that this coaching program is the best and only option. Complete pressure sales tactic and is honestly immaturity at its finest. When you meet with a coach its very pusedo science and poor attempts at rearranging self-narratives and stuff you can easily pick up in any self help section. They do over some proprietary ideas about a triangle and something or another. You meet once a week or something like that. Bottom Line: A complete waste of money, all very above the shoulder head play and heart strings. Reminds me of ****** mad off for self help.

    I agree with the other reviews here. We had signed up for Business Mastery 2 in 2020 in *********. It was canceled due to the pandemic. We paid $10,000 and the kept insisting that we now need to use it for virtual meetings, because there are no "in-person" meetings. We explained that was not the service we paid for so we would like a refund. Three years later and many emails and calls, they agreed to give us $8,000 back but kept $2000 for a "cancellation fee" because it had been so long. Meanwhile, they were the ones that would not refund our money the entire time. I love ****'s info and programs but very disappointed with the business. I would not recommend spending your money on it their programs. Find a more reputable coaching business.

    Like hundreds of other reviewers through BBB and other sites reviewing **** Robbins and Robbins Research International Inc, the "guaranteed" refund was not honored. Their customer service did not return my many emails and phone calls. I reached out well ahead of the nonpublished deadline, which I later learned customers had to be in attendance to be privy to the process of requesting a refund. My request for a refund was due to the foul language used by the presenters, which was offensive and unnecessary. This was the first and will be the last time I will purchase from ******************************* and Robbins Research, International ****

    I COULDNT attend UPW MARCH 2023, tried to reschedule or refund. Sent over 20 messages to their customer service, result specialist and a ***************, acct rep, WITH NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. Just case no. That go nowhere. JUST TO RESCHEDULE, NO CONTACT, NO PHONE NUMBER, THEY JUST TOOK MY $549, which I cant afford to just give away. They say money back guarantee, however no way to contact . They say they care, but they really dont, just want your money to feed their million dollar company on the backs of poor susceptible people. Im totally defeated and will check with bank to see if I have any chance of chargeback.

    Their salesman has been giving me a very aggressive sales pitch for their campaign. Before I paid they assured me that if I couldn't attend or I didn't want to attend, I could always cancel and get a full refund.As a result, I contacted them the day after I paid because I wanted to cancel my order. They then stopped contacting me and did not respond to my cancellation request.I was a big fan but I was very disappointed with their service team.I very need help. How do I cancel my order and get a full refund?

    I sent Five emails to cancel my membership to my supposedly Personal Results Specialist, ********************* and customer service, that went answered. **************** only replied when I opened a dispute with my bank for the unauthorized charge but by then my bank had already refund me.A year ago I had a call with *********************** to discuss starting coaching services. He asked me for my credit card over the phone stating that it would not be charged until I signed the coaching agreement. After reviewing the agreement, I decided not to sign it but was still charged $3,175 on my credit card. It was very challenging to get a refund for this unauthorized charge, with many unanswered emails and phone calls. The reason I did not sign the coaching agreement was due to a clause that stated that even if I did not approve the coach assigned to me I would still be liable for the coaching fees. After I spent a lot of time they finally refunded me.
