  I started a project with *** in November of 23. I told them at the time my parents were in there late 80's and we needed to add on an addition quickly. I paid over $4,200 and have gotten nothing in return. Here it is April of 25. They do not respond at all now. I even left a message saying that I wanted a refund since I have nothing to show but I would be willing to take a more simplified set of plans since my parents no longer need the original plans that I asked for. If they would do that, I would not pursue any legal action. I only want a more simplified set of plans and have it within a couple of weeks. At this time I would definitely not recommend them. If they would do what I have asked, I would be willing to give a better review.

  Licensed Structural Engineers company are a Rip off company, I paid $1000 and they cant produce an aluminum pool cage that can pass Florida permitting. They have drawn no less than 25 plans now, none meet Florida Lee county code requirements. It is clear the people drawing the plans are in ***** not *** and have never even seen a pool cage in their lives. No clue! Zero stars not available

  Mir **** ******* creates these fake companies ********, QuiPermit, QuiGig, QuiBuilderQuiPro, Licensed Structural Engineers, etc. and they are complete fake shell companies, but he is a professional engineer at scamming you out of money. Weve paid 30K+ for trusses purchased from his ***************** but he never delivered on the materials. All the "Qui" companies noted on the "********" site are dead end companies...complete shams with many of the listed links being dead ends. This scam artist has got to be stopped.

  SCAM! SCAN! I AM A G.C I HIRE LSE TO DO 5 PROJECTS FOR ME I HAVE PAID OVER $32,000 I LOST 2 JOBS AND THE OTHER 3 I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ARCHITECT AND RE-PAY FOR EVERTHING BRAND NEW BEEN ON THE **** SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2023 UNTIL JUST NOW I LOOKED INTO THEM AND I SEE WHAT A FRAUD THEY ARE THEY MAKE DRAWINGS, BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO TAKE THEM DOWN TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT THEY GO GHOST ON YOU AND THATS WHEN THE WORSE OF AL;L BEGINS THEY KEEP LYING AND MAKING EXCUSES THEN THEY STOP ANSWERING AND START MOVING YOU AROUND TO DIFFRENT PEOPLE THAT ARE IN ON THE ****** SAVE YOURSELF A BAD EVENT AND JUST DONT DO IT I HAVE HAD TO CLAIM FOR MONEY BACK TO MY BANK AND LOST MONTHS THE MOST TERRIBLE FRAUD ****** EVER!   We hired them in February and even did 2 site visits for engineer to write a letter verifying that a sufficient footer exists under a slab we are built a screen on. The first time "*****" met us on site without the proper x-ray machine we were told he would bring. Wasted trip. Finally met us a month later with the machine. We have been promised the report many times and now have been ghosted. We paid for $1,224 for this simple report and have not received anything. We call, email and text with no response. Our client was already screwed since the contractor who poured her slab did it without a permit or inspections. Of course we were not aware until after we received our permit, installed the screen room and tried to schedule our final. *************************** has promised us this report over and over again, but has now left us in the dark for 2 months. We've been scammed!

  Paid $1000 for a service, had an engineer "supposedly" who took photos and a "supposedly" wrote a letter. The letter had to be reviewed by a supervisor and never heard back. I've been emailing, texting and calling for months with no resolution or response. This is a for of theft and a police report will be filed in the next couple days. - General Contractor in *******

  I have attempted countless and numerous times to contact someone with Licensed Structural Engineers to get a response in regards to updates for various open projects we have yet to complete from them. There are more email threads besides the ones attached on this email, but these are most recent because the others date back from this year to last year in October/November. Here are the various contacts I've spoken with and some are no longer with the company but I am providing you all the information I have. I last spoke to ***** and he reassured me that he would take over to resolve this issue and I never heard back from him or the person he said would help him which is ***************************. I've never heard from ******** or D*** since then nor anyone from their company. Licensed Structural Engineers | ************************ D*** ***** *************************** ***************************** We currently have two other customers that are also awaiting some kind of update or response. This company is fraud and taking people money and damaging companies and homeowners.

  Paid a downpayment of $3806 for site plan for my commercial building. Was told that it would take 3 weeks to complete. At the fourth week I contacted **** who responded two days later and said it was almost completed. By the sixth week of checking in he just stopped responding altogether. Contacted the company and asked to speak to someone else and they had me talk to a lady named ******** who offered her sincere apologies and said she will call me at the end of the day with an update. Here we are currently two days later still no update and every time I call they have me on hold and never pick up. No plans and currently out of $3806 dollars.

  This company is non-responsive.They sound great up front but then its nothing but delays and incomplete work that won't get accepted for permitting or pass an inspection.I am now trying to get the *** files, which I feel I have paid for with the ~$6000, so I can complete the job with a new Structural Engineer who is an actual person who comes to my project but they are not returning my calls or emails.

  This company is engaged in DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. They charged my dad $6,200 for architectural drawings, plus $1000 to handle the permit filing. We have had to chase them down to get responses. They gave incorrect info on the permit filing. We had to take over the filing completely. I requested a refund of the $1000, since they did nothing. I was told they would submit the request for refund. I have emailed and called and no one has responded. They appear to be taking new calls for business, but avoiding calls from those they have already fleeced. Completely suspect and deceptive in their approach. This will be escalated further, since they took advantage of an elderly person and no one else should endure such experience.
