  Thanks God I read all the reviews. I was about to make initial payment to LSE for a small project outside my house but I'm not proceeding with LSE.

  Avoid this Company!!! Licensed Structural Engineers, *** is just SCAMMERS !!!They promise (for immediate payment of $1818) QUICK ( 1-2 weeks) blueprint for PERMIT to improve my existing Porch. I have paid !!!They sent me blueprint, that ************* ******************* doesnt accept for so MANY ISSUES. So, NO Permit for this blueprintWhen I try to call them - customer service doesnt pickup the phone (just leave a message) or in ***** min of waiting time they promise to call me back in few days, in few weeks, in few month; appointment to meet Company Employees is impossible; office address is false NO qualified corrections of the blueprint ISSUES, NO further actions, NO refund $1818 ! This QUICK service lasts more than FOUR months ( from October 2023 till now) with NO results!!!

  The nightmare started with Licensed Professional Engineers, **** around October or November 2023. Eventually they were able to extract $800+ for their "services". We mutually agreed on a date and time when an engineer would appear at the project site. Of course, there was no appearance. The many various alleged employees offered excuses. Another appointment was made. All appointments were made in writing and by email. Of course, no appearance was made by the alleged engineer. I threatened litigation. An alleged male representative called to try and resolve the problem while claiming, falsely, that the engineer had appeared at the project site. I was there both times, waiting. I believe that the business model is to extract **********, never provide a service, and just wait it out. I don't think they have a license, nor are listed as a corporation in **********. Other corporations are "affiliated" with this one. All of them seem problematic. I plan to file a suit for fraud among many other claims and seek a personal judgement against all the dishonest people involved.

  If i could give -5 stars, I would. We contacted Licensed Structural Engineers, **** for an inspection on a home we were buying. Paid the payment, and scheduled the appointment. Day of the appointment the buyers, sellers, and agents were at the property for the inspection. After 30 minutes of waiting for the inspector, I called the company and was told the inspector would not be out today. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a simple "The Engineer will not be out today" When I asked for a refund because our inspection windows was closing, they stated they did not have my payment. I resent the Zelle payment receipt.Fast Forward another week, I called looking for my refund and was met again with the same "We have no payment on file". I sent my receipt to their "we care" email address which is clearly not true. Still waiting for that refund. I was told it would be processed but they don't know when. Stay far far far far far away from this company.

  I was told to do a paper on how different engineering companies got to where they are now and the different strategies they used. *****, the one who started the engineering company, was very helpful. I asked him questions, and he gave me straight answers. Plus, his secretaries were very nice, especially ******* and *****. It was a pleasure to learn from excellent professionals.   Licensed Structural Engineers is FRAUD; their Better Business Bureau ********************** is FLAWED.Delaying and dragging engineering projects along and then supplying nonspecific blueprints and letters to generate additional fees so that they can start the bureaucratic **************** again seems and appears to be the standard operating procedures (SOP) of licensed structural engineers.If you do NOT want to chase a rabbit down a hole; do NOT fall for this fraudulent and falsified scheme and scam by Licensed Structural Engineers and the Better Business Bureau.Product first, payment secondbeware

  I hired them to do a set of plans about five months ago. At the time they said it would take them 1 month to deliver. Three weeks into it, I received the first call from them from the "project manager, ****," saying that it was the kickoff call... here everything started going very badly. For five months, I have received no plans, and they don't answer the phones. It sometimes takes them weeks to answer an email; they say they are doing the Structural calculations based on an "assumed settlement calculation" because they could never answer some questions to the ******************* so that they could do the actual settlement calculations. This *************** lies over and over and over and is shameless about it. I tried to speak to the owner, ****; he says he will help, and that he will replace the project manager, but he does absolutely nothing. They have been saying that the plans are ready for two weeks, but have not been able to send them to me for review, and now these structural calculations mistakes.... I would like to know the engineers' license numbers to make a formal complaint for their negligence in making construction plans for a residential home. I would also like an immediate full refund s that I can hire a real, serious firm to do the job. These company is a nightmare or a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  Worst supposedly professional Company Ive ever dealt with! Thankfully I am a retired Residential Contractor and knew what I would need. . When I was notified my plans were complete, I was told Id have to pay final fee due before I could see plans. I refused to pay until I could review plans. Finally , after much discussion, plans were sent to me that didnt reflect anything I asked for. I was sent a generic set of plans for a back patio. Thank God I didnt pay first! We actually supplied them with hand drawn plans and just needed them sealed. Now weve disputed our first payment with credit card and this company is threatening us with collections! We have not received anything from them that reflect our job.we owe them nothing! Started with them August 5th, STILL ONGOING!

  STAY AWAY!! 7 months later I have no plans for my home, These people are crooks and creeps. Find someone else. Im still waiting for a 6 thousand dollar refund. ??
