    I received my shades quickly but wasn't real happy with the style on me so I have emailed twice to request a return shipping label and no one will respond to me and I am getting close to being beyond the 30-day threshold

    I purchased several pairs of sunglasses on 11/13/2023 and never received a shipping email. I contacted customer service on 12/1/2023. They responded on 12/7/2023 and said there was an issue with a certain type of sunglasses that I ordered and that I should have received an email regarding it, but would still send my order with a different pair or refund the order. I chose a different pair and received a shipping email before I made a decision. By 12/18/2023 they confirmed that it was still the same shipping address and I have not heard back since.

    HORRIBLE. Do not order from this company. Ordered August 17th with priority shipping, here it is October 8th and still no word. They claimed they had lens issue and I could wait or pick another style. That was 3 weeks ago. They will ghost you 100%. Guess I'll do a charge back

    Boosted Shades has given me the runaround for the past few weeks. I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from them back on August 27th with priority shipping (1-3 days). However, they never sent my order. I continued to reach out, threatening to report their company if they did not fulfill my order. On September 12, they said my order shipped through ***** However, looking at the tracking info, **** never received my order. I paid for 3 pairs of sunglasses and expect a company to keep their word and honor their agreement. All I want is for my order to arrive at my house and getting them to answer emails is like pulling teeth.

    They will ghost you and pretend like you don't exist once they get your money.This company is a scam do not buy from them.

    Poor customer service. Very poor Have not returned any emails or direct messages on any social platform. Have not received any updates about my order that was place now over a week ago. Ive tried every day to get a refund or update with no luck. Will be looking to take this matter further
