I purchased glasses in November of 24 and I broke one of the pairs in April. I sent in pictures to use the warranty they claim they have. They did not respond. I sent ******** messages to the ******** page and got no response. Eventually got an email saying they didnt get anything from before and to send again so I did. Week went by and no answer so on a ******** post I commented that they ignore warranty requests. I was blocked and no answers from any emails.Initial Complaint

On March 30th, purchased a pair of sunglasses from Boosted Shades. I was sent a tracking number within a few days, however the status displayed waiting for details. Additionally, the location shown is still in the **************** area. Placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses on May 18, 2025. I received the shipping tracking number the next day and kept checking to see if the product had moved yet and unfortunately it hadnt. I reached out to customer service on two occasions, June 2nd and 3rd with no response from them at all. I have read some of the issues that others have had and now here we are, selling products that they dont even have on hand and just plain out ignoring the customer.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased 2 sunglasses from this company and a label was created for shipping but its been over a week now that the label was created and theres been no movement at all. On 3/16/24 I placed an order through boosted shades for 2 sunglasses. On 3/24 I recieved my package but it only contained one pair of sunglasses. I have contacted the company several times through their only form of communication which is email. And have not recieved a resolution for this problem. I only recieved one response when I brought up making a complaint about them. So that shows they are choosing to ignore emails. The response i recieved was that my other pair would be shipped. Its been several weeks. And when I check the website my package shows "still waiting to be shipped" their customer service is awful and they owe me my money back since I never recieved my sunglasses I paid for.Business Response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this customer experienced.
Due to unforeseen global supply chain issues, we encountered restocking delays that impacted our ability to fulfill certain orders on time. While we communicated these issues to the customer and made efforts to resolve the situation, the delays took longer than expected, and we acknowledge that we ultimately fell short in delivering the level of service they deserved.
We take full responsibility for this and have issued a full refund to the customer. The order has been officially canceled, and no further action is required on their end.

FYI. Boost shades have no warranty system. You can't get customer service to answer and I've sent multiple messages for months. They do not honor the warranty it's just a little gig to get you guys to keep being the shades. Also so many people bought more because these people do not honor their warranty. And that's not ok. It's different when you just want a different color or a different type but when something was stolen and you have proof of that and they have a warranty that is supposed to be good for one year I have never heard of anybody getting that warranty and I've never heard of anybody getting a response back from customer service loved the boost ********************** will never buy them again. The people behind them are scammers with false promises. I will be supporting other sunglasses companies but not this one again. If you shop boost shades be prepared to just have to purchase more and more because the warranty is a lie. I've never even had to use a warranty before and it's so fake. These people should be ashamed of there selves for what they are making off these glasses and acting like their customers don't matter!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pairs in Jan 2025. Boosted shades ****. I ordered 2 pair and both pair the lenses pop out of the frame extremely easy when cleaning them. I wanted to try a different brand and really liked Boosted designs. I contacted support and sent a complaint and emailed a few other emails I could find to try and figure out why they are such low quality but I never heard back from a single person. Blenders are much higher quality and I will stick to them. They're customer service is by far better than ********************** is.Initial Complaint

I purchased several sets of glasses branded with the same name just different colors on 11/30/24 when I received them They all had different fits. There was one pair that I liked and kept. I had reached out to customer service at the only email address provided and they told me to return them with the original order form in the box which I did and took it to **** to have this mailed, that was 12/12. I have sent several emails since then providing them with the tracking number of the returned items which according to tracking information they were delivered on 12/30. I have sent several emails from different email addresses even that reference the order number and need for return and refund and have gotten no response. My total order was 80$ each pair of glasses was 20. I should get back at least 60$ but cant get any information from them at all as they wont respond and there is no phone number to call for customer support and I have been reaching out for a month with no replies. Ordered Glasses on Nov 27 2023, They said there was some inventory problems but should be shipped out in Dec, they gave me a shipping tracking number, that never showed they were shipped out. Numerous emails weekly to them and they stopped responding all together. On 09/26/23 I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from Boosted Shades. One of the items was a pre order item so it wouldnt ship for a few weeks. After emails back and forth asking when my order would ship (the pre order item had been released for over a month at this point) they continued to tell me I would see my package in a few weeks. Fast forward to today 01/22/24, the tracking info still has not been updated, the money has been taken out of my account for well over 3 months and they have stopped responding to my emails and social media reach-outs. They were only about $60 worth of sunglasses but I purposefully gave them my business because I have in years past.
