    They charged me ***** for *** subscription. Could not wach any of my football games so I canceled it and they charged me another ***** to cancle it . So then they charged me another ***** the next month

    I tried to call for help signing in. Got a girl. After giving her my information and credit card number to open She proceeded to use my account information to purchase 3000 dollars worthless of gift cards etc. I for some reason checkout my card while she was still on the phone and caught it cancelled with my bank and reported fraud. Do not use this company for any reason. Or call

    Roku is holding the ** and other devices, that I purchased years ago, hostage until I agree with their NEW terms. This is a violation against all of us that bought these items in good faith. We dont even get an option to decline. Its either agree, or loose use of your own personal property. I cant even use my tv with an over the air antenna.

    ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!! FRAUD ALERT!!! Ive called dozens of times in the last month. Im possible to get ahold of, almost.. DAYS to get a returned call Im promised EVERY time (by the same exact guy every time that WONT give me his name) that money will be in my account the next day (guaranteed) and Im STILL waiting. This is **** ****!! I want my $207.99 activation fee back that was requested for refund in less than 24hrs, personally over and over again!!! Wheres MY customer satisfaction guaranteed ROKU??? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

    ******** is a fraud, ive been trying to delete my account but they wont let me! They have locked me out of my account so that i cannot get in to cancel my ****** subscription. I have tried multiple times to no avail!
