    My wife and I put a deposit in for our 1 week vacation last year. Collectively, we have called 17 times and have only gotten through to our agent, ************ once. In the year that we have been trying to get in contact she has reached out to us 3 times. We have left messages with appropriate contact hours and e-mails we can be reached at and there has been no effort to get back in touch. We have been very patient in this matter, but we are starting to feel as though we are being taken advantage of. At this point I will be advising everyone I know to avoid Odenza at all costs.

    I've paid my deposit for a free trip voucher. It's really hard to get in contact with an agent; I've been trying for a week, leaving voicemails, but my calls don't get returned.

    ******* at Odenza was fantastic. Made the process so simple that I will never book on line again. I'll just call these guys and let them organize for me. I just regret the hours I spent online trying to book and getting nowhere. Would definitely recommend.
