    While I am super excited about my upcoming vacation, I am a little upset. I won a 2 nights paid vacation to a couple different all inclusive resorts for my honeymoon. I finally got every set and scheduled and it wasn't until afterwards that I realized I'm positive I didn't receive the 2 free nights. I checked prices for airline tickets and the hotel almost immediately after I booked everything. That was my mistake to not check prices BEFORE agreeing to booking it. I compared prices and I honestly spent more money going through Odenza (with 2 free nights) than I would have booking it all myself WITHOUT the 2 free nights. I brought this up to my travel agent and I felt like I was ignored. Well not felt like, I WAS ignored about it. I cut my losses but I am still upset about it. So if you WON a vacation anywhere, make sure you check prices before agreeing to it. Because in the end I feel like I didn't even win anything and paid full price for my honeymoon vacation. While it will be nice having a travel agent (she gave me plenty of reasons why that's a good thing but ignored the 2 free nights thing) it would have been nicer to save money. ****** learned.Other than this fiasco my 2nd Travel agent has been helpful and once we started the booking process she was on top of things! My first travel agent apparently quit or got fired while we were setting things up and I didn't hear back from anyone for almost 2 months so that was annoying but like I said once we got the ball rolling it was nice. I am still looking forward to this awesome trip but also keep dwelling on the "2 free nights" thing.

    I would like to express my opinion on one of the most professional, warm, patient, kind, knowledgeable and can-do attitudes of *************************. He was so! amazing! My niece, who is having a baby, wants to name her baby after him. We absolutely loved how he took his time added with sensitive nature to an issue I had in which he resolved immediately. I was so impressed with ************************* that we are definitely booking the next several trips using him as Travel Agent. I can only hope that more representatives could have *******'s personality which would gain more people to use their services. He made my day as I was high in anxiety being frustrated with several other reps who were not professional but ******* solved my issues without any hesitations.Thank you ******* for being one of the best! travel agents we have had so far!!

    I have went through *** in the past when I won a free vacation with my previous company and I will never go through booking with anyone else anywhere else! She is phenomenal with how much knowledge she is able to display when it comes to resorts and how well travelled she is. She is currently helping me plan a getaway elopement trip in the future and how effortless she has made the process so far does not go unnoticed! So grateful for all of her help. ??
