  I put reservation on hold and called multiple times and left a voice message to return a call but never did. One time an agent picked up the phone and asked for reservation fee. I mentioned that this is a free 7 night gateway certificate. He became very rude and told me to read my T&Cs and hung up and again no answers after that. Travel is a time sensitive matter where you have to coordinate hotel, airline and other stuff to align your itinerary and budget. I will probably not call then again and Would avoid them at any cost.

  Milan ******* from Odenza was so helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for travel help and advice. She was very patient, took all the time to talk, research and make sure we received the best options to make our decision for our trip to *******************, D R Milan is very knowledgeable and has done a lot in the travel industry. She does alot of her own research to help her customers. She is easy to talk with, speaks slowly, as she does have an accent and makes you feel like a VIP. If you want any more information on my call with her today, please contact me. Her email responses were prompt and accurate and made sure I understood what I was filling out. The forms were well written and easy to fill out and then you submit. ***** did a follow up email to have you rate her performance, the phone call and any other information you had. We look forward to our ****************** trip and will use Odenza again when we travel soon.   I received a "promotional trip" (7-nights) from Hilton Grand Vacations for going through their painful timeshare sales pitch. After I paid the required $50 deposit to even SEARCH locations, come to find out, they DON'T actually have the ****+ locations advertised on Odenza's brochure. There are only 318. Yes I counted them all. And 95% of these 318 locations are "Mandatory All-Inclusive," which means that you have to pay extra money per person, per day, for food. This extra charge is outrageously high, typically $500 per person, per day. For 7 days, 4 people, that's $14,000! FOR A FREE 7-DAY STAY??? This seems like a racket, and ripe for a lawsuit. Who's with me??? Contact me at katieleucadia at gmail. Sounds like a class action because this is not only misleading marketing, it's downright fraudulent, which is racketeering.

  This company is a scam. The fake certificates they sell do not go towards what they say. It's false advertisement.

This availability is provided to us by the cruise lines and as they are currently experiencing an extreme increase in demand, this affects the flexibility in the specific dates and itineraries that our travel agents are able to offer for guests who would like to travel within the next few months. Your dedicated travel agent did her best to provide you with options that suited your preferences. You were also connected with a travel manager to provide further assistance however as your communications with him became abusive, it was determined that respectfully there were no further options that could be offered at this time.
