    I normally do not leave reviews, but the assistance I received from Sahbar was exceptional. He was kind, courteous, very clear with the fees for my travel plans and when I needed to make a change was incredibly helpful. Will definitely use them again. Thanks so much for all the help.

    I highly recommend ***************************** with Odenza Vacations. What a fabulous experience planning our trip! ******* is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, accurate, and patient. His recommendations were excellent, and I felt he always had our best interests in mind.His communication skills are top notch! ******* emailed, texted, called and if needed, contacted me after hours to make certain everything we requested was taken care of. If we contacted him, his responses were almost immediate.He went above and beyond to help us plan an outstanding family vacation. I am looking forward to planning future vacations with Kaushal.     tried to book a vacation with this scam of a company. Called for 4 days straight on a hold, and no calls back. Sent multiple emails week long with nothing. This company is a scam! Be aware! They promise and don't deliver. Couldn't get a vacation only time I could with school work and family life and never got any response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

    Scam.Odenza is the third party that was managing a 'gift' for sitting through a Hilton Grand Vacations presentation (a high pressure terrible experience). They are difficult to communicate with and the 'gift' offered cost the same in extra fees as booking it independently.

Upon reviewing the communications with your travel agent, we understand that there were additional costs quoted as you had requested to add an extra night to your trip which is considered an upgrade to the promotional offer. In reference to the price comparison if you were to book independently, there are a variety of factors that can affect the pricing at any given time. Which may or may not include the travel supplier, departure date and time, number of seats available, room type, etc. Please note that travel pricing is not static and can change by the hour. Your travel agent has also reached out to you to look into some further options that would best suit your travel needs. We understand that you have received a refund at this time however you are welcome to contact our customer service team at ************** should you like to reinstate your certificate in the future. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm PST.
