    QuiTruss of **************** took a 50% deposit on providing me floor and roof trusses. Repeated calls to their phones all go to the same voicemail saying they are unavailable. No product delivered and deposit not returned. ****** search of their site now show "Permanently Closed". Concerned this business closed down and ran with deposits.

    on 7/28/24, I placed an order for trusses with QuiTruss. ***** Sheikhloo was the sales executive that quoted me and was my point of contact with the company. I was quoted $3600 for trusses and made a deposit of $1800. My project order number is *****. I was provided truss drawing on 8/2/24 by ***** ****** who is the project engineer. Everything went smoothly up to that point. I started running into issues when I needed to set delivery date with the company and realized I can't get in touch with no one. I have made multiple attempts by phone, text and email with no success. I believe this company is a scam and should have their license removed.

    Enter on contract with Quitruss on 12/07/2022 and after paying in full for the construction of the roof truss on 06/30/2023 and sign the shop drawings the company has delay the construction and delivery of the roof trusses quite a few times, last delivery date was 10/30/2023. At this point haven't be able to get an explanation on why there is another delay, there is no answer to my emails or phone calls. Just need those trusses deliver to my construction site, this delay has stop all construction and can't continue, I am loosing money and time. Need Quitruss to do there job and delivery the trusses.

    This project is already delivered to client. The client wanted to receive their trusses or roll off trailers but we agreed to send the trusses on a regular flat bed and have it delivered. The package was delivered a week ago on November 29.

    I signed a contract in November 2022 for Trusses for *****************************************************************. We paid 50% in December in order for them to start engineering the plans for permitting. Our permit got rejected and I informed Quitruss and also provided them with the rejection letter of what needed to be fixed. I got the response letter and new plans from their engineer and resubmitted to the county. It got rejected again for the same problem. I called and emailed Quitruss to inform them of the rejection letter. Their engineer and employees kept giving us the run around and making excuses. The engineer told me he fixed the problem, but when I compare the new plans with the old plans, it was exactly the same. I told them the problem was fixed and they needed to fix it. They kept making excuses and the engineer did not make the changes in a timely manner. On June 28th, I requested a refund. They changed the contract without my knowledge. Thank God, I saved a copy of it because they changed it from 15% retaining fee if cancelled to 25%. I had to sent them a copy of the signed contract I have from December in order for them to say the proper amount. And this is the email I received this email back from ***, ************** you for your email.Yes, that was the policy we had last year but due to an increase in cost we have updated our cancellation fees this year so my apologies I was going off the newer calculator.I see the agreement dates back to October 2022 so after checking I also see you have received a discount for wiring the payment which brought the total down to $24809.68 So the 15% Would be $3721.45 Remaining balance would be : $21088.23 Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.Thank you,***************** Business ******************** LSE, QuiTruss"Ever since this email, I have not been able to get in contact with anybody from the company. I sent multiple emails, with multiple people in it and nobody replies back to me.

    This client requested a refund late in the manufacturing process; therefore, we don't believe we are contractually required to issue a refund; however, to honor the request of the customer as a courtesy, we will issue a partial refund to this client in Jan 2024.
