    Company is a scam and will take your money and not deliver anything. Lawsuit filed, but their locations are abandoned.

    This truss company is a scam. They do not actually deliver the trusses. I put in two separate deposits and received the drawings; as soon as I kept calling and texting asking where my trusses are the company completely ghosted me.There are other complaints on BBB about this company. We are retaining an attorney to go after our money.Please be advised of this fraudulent company.

    I gave a deposit to Quitruss late last year for roof trusses on a new apartment building. Things went downhill when attempting to contact them for lead times ( multiple emails and phone calls went un-answered) on the production lead times. None of our emails were answered.After researching the company, I found many reviews from other customers complaining about the same issues. They have now taken down those reviews off of ******. At this time I have retained an Attorney to resolve this matter.

    *** ****** order # *****. May *******. ***** Sheikhloo had us pay the full amount of $32,000.00 for our trusses. We got a drawing and she hasn't returned our calls since August when she charged our credit card. We drove to ********* to "supposed" office which was vacant. Shop in ******** was vacant. Contacted *********** in ********* who said they would contact a Manager and ***** and have them get back to **. Never happened. Will seek legal action if this is not resolved a asap! They make you at least give 1 star to file a review. They're a BIG 0!!!!!

    We have paid for three sets of trusses with this company. Our delivery time for the first was four to six weeks, after multiple calls to check progress, after the original delivery date, we were told they were three weeks behind. We had the house framed and ready for the trusses. They will not return calls or emails, They have a lot of our clients money and are not delivering a promised product. We are now four weeks past the second promised time frame and cannot get in touch with anyone.

    I signed a contract with Quitruss in June 2023 for the trusses for a renovation I was doing in my house, informally the project didn't get approved I have been trying to get my refund since December 2023, and has been a complete nightmare finally h had a conference call with the owner (Mr. Emad * he agreed to send me the refund ( 75% * of my payment and I been trying to talk to someone in the company for the last 3 weeks and no answer no callback
