    We are new customers with ***********************************************, account # ********* closed on our Lennar Home on Dec 31, 2024. Lennar Homebuilders gives a 5 day ***** period to begin service in our name, transferring out of the Lennar name. So, when I set up new service and spoke to ***, we agreed that our new service with them would begin on Jan ****** first bill shows start date 12/18. We did not even own the home until 12/30.I have left 2 phone messages and sent an email last week with NO REPSONSES!I would like a prompt adjustment to the bill so that it is correct and I can pay it.Thank you

    Dear Ms. ******************* apologize for the experience you had attempting to reach out to our company.  After reviewing your account we learned that the ************* Representative noted the wrong date to initiate billing, Instead of 1.03.25 as you indicated, he noted *****.  I was happy to hear that your Billing Specialist ******** was able to reach out to you and speak to you personally about what you experienced and how she would be able to help you.  ******** informed me that she was able to revise your bill to reflect the accurate start date of 1.03.25, which revised your amount owed for the billing period.  

    I hope ******** was able to addressed all of your needs.  If you have any questions about your account in the future, *******'s contact information is listed directly on your bill for quick resolution.

    I used to get paper bills bi-monthly, with a late fee for not having paid monthly. Again, the bill was sent BI-MONTHLY. After going paperless, I received an email to pay the bill online, which I do now. The home page on my account doesn't load right and I cannot view the actual bill. Payment works just fine - but I also have to pay a $3.00 convenience fee for paying online. I hate being tied to sole source suppliers for utilities like this crappy water company.
