    HI, My name is ******* and I called customer service to get help with starting up my account for my new condo. I spoke with a gentleman named (*** Cocks) and l couldn't help but acknowledge how amazing he was! I've been in the customer service industry for 20 years now and not only was *** extremely patient and helpful, but he went out of his way to explain to me step by step, detail by detail how to set up my account bc it can be tricky. I even told him you are to good to be in customer service and either deserves a raise or a high position! Thanks *** for probably one of the most amazing phone customer service experiences I've ever had! If I can clone you I would hire all clones of you to run my company!

    Just wanted to make a note about ***, my Cal *** Meter agent. It is always such a pleasure to speak to him when I need help with my account. He is great on the phone and has a cheerful demeanor, and also in the years I have had this account, he always handles things fast and very efficiently. It's so nice to have a real person to talk to each time.Many customer service agents act like robots, or don't want to help and actually stop things. *** is just the opposite. I hope *** will be there for many years to come!

    *** went above and beyond for two days helping me with what could have possibly been the cause for the increase of my water usage increase when I knew it wasn't my usage. He helped me figure out it was a slow leak in my toilets. This could have continued to have gotten worse if he hadn't patiently helped me figure out the problem. It is almost impossible to get such great customer service. I am very grateful to ***.

    I am a landlord, and recently found out that my current tenants had not switched over the water bill into their name. I received a notice from my HOA, indicating such I reached out to California submeters And originally got someone who appeared to be working from home, and I could hear all the background noise, but could not hear her. She immediately transferred me over to a different agent without even indicating she was doing so. I spoke with representative *****************************. ********* was very helpful and knowledgeable. She indicated that she had just spoken with my tenant and that the matter should be taken care of shortly. She forwarded me all the past due bills and then did some calculations break down to show who was responsible for what portions of the bill - prior tenant, myself and then current tenant.********* was patient, thorough and went above and beyond on this call. Kudos to *********.

    I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation and thoughts with anyone reading this comment. I had left a voicemail on the company's system, not expecting much, as the chances of receiving a call back seemed slim. However, *** completely changed my expectations when he returned my call just 10 minutes later. His prompt response was a pleasant surprise, and he reassured me that our account was successfully set up for ACH (automatic deduction from our checking account). ***'s dedication to customer service is truly remarkable. While I wouldn't advise customers to leave messages specifically for ***, given how busy he must be handling over 200 calls on behalf of his organization and peers, I can't help but acknowledge his outstanding work ethic and commitment. Once again, we extend our sincere thanks to *** for going above and beyond in his role. He is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the enterprise.

    ********* was amazing! She helped me straighten out a complicated transition on my account. She emailed her direct contact info and followed up with a personal call to make sure I was good. Excellent customer service!

    I called today with the hopes of getting an account issue resolved that I have been dealing with for the past two weeks and ********* helped do just that! She was very helpful and kind from the start. She was able to get the information I needed and helped resolve the issue in no time. I am extremely grateful for her time and assistance!

    I recently had the pleasure of speaking with *** from California Sub Meters, and I have to say he was exceptional. After calling at least ten different companies and encountering some truly disappointing customer service, *** was like a breath of fresh air. His assistance was not only helpful and informative, but his personality was absolutely shining through the phone, making the entire interaction enjoyable. Who would have thought setting up a bill could be so easy and wonderful! I wish there were more stars to give ***. He certainly deserves them. He truly stands out as a remarkable representative, and California Sub Meters is lucky to have him. I also would like to mention that I hardly ever do feedback or reviews on customer service, and I am taking the time to do this during a very busy move in day, i hope that shows how much I want *** to get the praise he deserves .

    Awesome **************** and help from Representative ****! I had been trying for days to get my water bill payed and set up and felt like I was jumping through hoops to get this taken care of due to some unfortunate circumstances. To cut the story ******************** went above and beyond to make this transaction possible and easily facilitated. I greatly appreciated that I was able to get help by her knowledge of expertise and a pleasure to talk with.

    **** was amazing. I had so many phone issues and email connectivity issues during our phone call and she managed my account online and was super helpful and patient. I appreciate all the assistance and the great attitude during challenges. This is the second time I had to call to resolve tenant issues and they always seem to very helpful and understanding. Thank you.
