      - Ordered pump/controller system and paid them $347 on 7 Feb 2024 via Paypal.- Received pump + controller shortly thereafter.- Had a question about pipe diameter, so I emailed them. No reply after a week, so I emailed them again. Got a reply from **** a week later with the answer and a nice hand-drawn sketch.- Paid a ******* $1300 to install the pump and controller as advised. - Pump works but controller does not. Controller will not activate pump (and gives some sort of error code). Pump is useless without controller to turn in on and off. - Contacted seller on 4/10/2024, 4/11/, 4/12/ 4/13, 4/22, 4/30, 5/1, and 5/4 (today). All contact email boxes at fasterhotwater.com (nate, ***** pro, and expert) appear to be full. Multiple voicemail messages to all three numbers listed on the website have not been returned.- I want a working controller or my $2974.00 back ($374 + $1300 + $1300 to have a ******* remove the broken pump and controller).

      I purchased a faster hot water device for my outdoor tankless gas water heater from the company principal, ************************* in February 2023. He was informative and I paid $387. I received the item in early March. When I called a local company to have the device installed, they came and saw that the device clearly indicates it is for indoor use only. I have repeatedly called and emailed Mark ********************************* and his partner ********************************* with no reply or response. I recently (this past Tuesday, 5/23) wrote an email first to ****, then copied it the following day to **** to make sure it got to one, or both. In that email I said I would give them until Thursday, 5/25 to respond by either telling me they are sending an outdoor model of the device or giving me a refund of the $387 I was charged. I indicated that I would pay to return the incorrect device. I have not heard anything nor have I received anything from either person. I have their address as ****************************************************************. I have the same phone name as shown in your right-side box. Their other phone number is **************. In reviewing my emails I just now saw that they both rejected receipt of my email. I have included copies of all that I can that has transpired.

      Originally purchased system December 3rd, 2022. After it arrived my plumber was unable to install. I called ****, asking how to process a refund. He said to send it back. I sent it back, they received the item January 3rd, 2023. After more than a dozen call and voice-mails no one is returning my calls.
