      I purchased their "On-Demand How Water Circulation" system in January 2024. I was finally able to get a plumber to install it in April 2024, but, alas, it doesn't work. The Flow Meter never triggers the pump to turn on. I actually had to open the pump to fix it because it wouldn't work even on manual mode. The s**** in the enclosure was "hot" (energized)! Turns out that it had gone through the hot wire from the outlet. There were also wires that were not making a connection. Shotty workmanship.I have been calling and emailing for over 4 weeks. Not a single response. I wouldn't trust this business with their product, customer service, or warranty service.

      I bought and installed system around 2014. Initially had an issue,called them and got problem resolved. Less than 2 months later I had another problem and they never returned call or email. Called and emailed several times,including this week and never heard back. Great product, but customer service is absolutely horrible.

      FasterHotWater.com is a small business in *********, ** offering "On-Demand Hot Water Circulation Pumps Faucet Activated Smart Technology.I purchased the system that includes 1.) Circulation Pump 2.) Flow Monitor & 3.) Advanced Bridge Valve(s). The Flow Monitor turns on the hot water line pump & sends heated water to the furthest hot water run, e.g. a bathroom or kitchen. The cooled water between the water heater and the faucet is diverted to the normal cold water line by the temperature controlled bridge valve. When the bridge valve detects normal hot water temperature, then the heated water is diverted to the hot water faucet. Thus it is designed to to divert this cooled hot water to the cold water line, rather that having to turn the hot water on and letting it run down the drain, until the water is hot for showering or washing. The company stated at the time of purchase that there is a 3 year warranty. Customer support was helpful instructing in the proper connections and operation and initial trouble shooting. My initial purchase was in February 2021.The system worked as expected until Fall 2023, when the Flow Monitor was always on and could not function as demand switch. I tried to email the company and call their listed phone numbers multiple times. On a single occasion I spoke to one of their support individuals. He said that I needed a new Flow Monitor and that I should send them a copy of the original invoice, which I did. Since then multiple phone calls & multiple emails have never been answered. I used the contact information that BBB has listed & which are on the companies website. Emails are bounced back because their mailbox is full. The answering machine initially took my message to contact me by email, phone, or text. I was neve contacted. Now calls to their phone number states the voicemailbox if also full. In summary there is no way to contact the company and they have not supported their warranty.
