    If I could put no stars I would, this is the dumbest app ever that does not protect the consumer. I booked an appointment with a stylist that does not use the app anymore, I called the number that was listed for her and it was disconnected, just so happens she had a cashapp number as well I called it and she stated that she does not use the app for booking, nor does she do hair anymore, this company charged my credit card hours later when nothing was done, no service rendered, tried to cancel, tried to locate customer service, nothing.

    0 stars! If you use styleseat they are going to steal your money in one way or another- either through fee's that don't make any f*cking sense, or just stealing it before it can even be deposited to your account. I have emailed and waited patiently, thinking CV19 has been rough for EVERYONE right? If you message them on FB they just tell you we'll **** it as urgent! and that's it. they literally do nothing. I have sent messages on social media, I have "put in a request" and **** s*** has happened in a week. I charged my clients card, the money was taken from her account, but, then it literally disappeared and never showed ** in deposits to instant deposit or as a regular deposit. It just *disappeared* *spirit fingers*. I have been nice but, at this point you're playing with my money and my clients money and I am not here for it. I DON'T DO BAD BUSINESS BUT STYLE SEAT HAS IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. I smell a lawsuit because looking at these reviews, clearly I'm not the only person this is happening to. DO NOT USE STYLESEAT.

    My clients (2) was charged $50 and the appointment was scheduled for the next day! They claim after they booked they was charged immediately beware

    Hey ******, we took a deeper look into this and it looks like this was an authorization charge, not an actual charge. Clients are all good to go. This is just to ensure that clients have enough for the appointment the day before so that all professionals receive payment. So sorry for the confusion surrounding this. We hope this helps!

    StyleSeat adds no value to your experience. My assigned appt was 2pm-4:30pm. After squeezing me in and ruining my hair, I left the salon at 7:30pm! Horrible racket!!!
